When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor. The Space: This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: - Direct beachfront and boardwalk access - Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk - Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load - Fully equipped kitchen - Plenty of beds! - Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. - Complimentary coffee - Fitness center access - 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation (parking codes will be provided) Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen and 1 sofabed Bedroom 2: 1 queen and 1 double bed Living/Common Area: 1 sofabed Wheelchair Accessible! Guest Access: Guest have access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities The Neighborhood: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: - Absecon Lighthouse - Atlantic City Aquarium - Marine Mammal Stranding Center - Renaissance Plaza - Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $75/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Interaction with Guests: We are available 24/7 by message through the app, call, text, or email!

The hallway leading to the room smelled terrible. The hall floor could've used a good vacuuming. Other than that the room itself was clean and comfortable. For the most part quiet. I would go back.

Well I did not get the free parking, the bass of one of the bed kept falling apart, the tubs were clog up, we were told someone is going to pick up the garbage but no one did while we were there

It was a great place with small minor Issues but my only issues were that it said it was a huge beach house apartment…. It’s No beach/water visible to the eye.

The condo was clean and spacious, but the decor and furniture were all from Ikea and Amazon Basics. Especially appreciated the coffee on arrival. Our unit was on a low floor with a view of the parking garage. The condos are at the back of the hotel, so it's a bit of a walk to the boardwalk, but it's all inside, so no big deal. My only real issue was the check in. Apparently I accidentally added on letter to my name, and it took multiple emails and texts over a five hour period to resolve that. I wish that they had noticed that everything had to be EXACTLY right or they will not give check-in credentials before the day of our arrival. Once I had my room number, the check-in with the hotel desk was fast and seamless. Condo was big and clean. We would stay again. Thanks!

This was a great family weekend getaway. We were all able to stay together in the very spacious condo, and they provided everything we could need from towels to basic kitchen utensils. We will defonelty be staying at Cozyauites again it was awesome!!!!
