Interior of the restaurant is excellent, deliciously prepared hot dishes, polite waiters, room cleaning, plenty of sun beds with good mattresses
Very dirty beach, cigarette butts and trash everywhere. During the entire stay, the beach was never cleaned. As a result, I brought a bag with me and collected garbage around the sun bed.
Upon arrival, at the reception they could not find our reservation for about 45 minutes, and upon departure they said that they could not find a receipt for payment for the hotel and we dealt with this for about 20 minutes until they eventually found the receipt. At the counter we were presented with three receipts to pay for the beer, which my husband only took once. As my husband was irritated by the fact and persistent, they said that this was apparently a mistake, that the data was simply entered into the computer for three days, and not for one. Proving nothing is basically impossible, since the restaurant simply asks for the room number when you order something, but does not bring a receipt for signature, as is done in European resorts.
Yogurt for breakfast was sour. We had to buy our own yogurt and take it to breakfast. The choice of appetizers at dinner is poor
The bed was good, although not big, with good mattresses, but it was covered with some kind of stub of bedspread that was not enough even for one person. Moreover, this bedspread was waffle and uncomfortable to the body. This was the most unpleasant detail of our stay at the hotel.

Spotlessly clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful setting on beach, pretty pink beach umbrellas, pool is pretty, great hb food.
The beach chairs and umbrellas are free and plentiful so no fighting over chairs. We had hb breakfast & dinner. Everyday was different and delicious. Authentic Turkish food.
You have to purchase all drinks separately for dinner. Free water would be nice. But totally understand a charge for alcohol and cola. You can pay total upon checkout.

Probably the best hotel in the area
AC doesn’t work good on 3rd floor since roof is extremely hot. Beach is open for public meaning there’s plenty of kids (hotel is adult only). Staff is not friendly and not willing to help with any problems. A la cart restaurant takes so much time for food to get ready and for waiters to notice you. Our air mattress was stolen from next to our door, reception said they don’t have cameras in the hallways. No lifeguards at the beach. Beach towels are at extra deposit of 10$. The choice of pillows is also at an extra cost. The variety of food for breakfast is very limited and the same every day, dinner has more options.

Very kind and helpful stuff. Nice spacious room, very good water pressure on the shower, Very good level of roomcleaning! Very quiet airconditioner! All kind of different foods on the breakfast and dinner. We specialy liked the grilled food at the dinner. Very delicios traditional "CAKE TIME". And restautant where some of waiterses even learned our names!! Next time as well!
Loudly closing roomdoors. They could add more international TV-programs. Hotel needs to work more and refresh for the medical box and treatments!
I dont wanna wake up at 5 or 6 o`clock, to get the sunbed beside the pool.
Little advice - if the sunbed is has`n`t used for 30 min and there`s just a towel on it- free the sunbed for the next customer.

very unprofessional staff service at the dinner by only one person namely (Ugur) rest were excellent. Ugur had a very bad attitude and unprofessional service. he greeted other customers and asked others for drinks but failed to come to our table purposely. he gave us an attitude for which we could’ve given 1 star but we overall liked the hotel and every other staff member, therefore we didnt wanted to ruin hotel rating just by one person but he should be told off as this was our second visit to the same hotel coming to analya and such behaviour has put us in doubt of coming back.

Perfect location, private beach, sea view restaurant. Hotel is beautiful, well decorated, very cozy.
We had a HB meal plan and fully enjoyed - various fresh food, reasonable price for a la Carte, many cocktails and local wine. Staff is friendly, especially in restaurant and beach. Room is not big but enough for comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.
Do not provide daily drinking water, not so perfect room cleaning. But it was not a problem for us.

Excellent location as hotel is on Kleopatra beach itself, professional and friendly staff. everyone who works there made sure that our holiday was great. The hotel is within short walk to centre of Alanya that is always helpful.

What was good: breakfast and dinner, location, beach, private parking.
We were 2 couples in 2 rooms. We were very disappointed. The hotel doesn’t match rating on booking, 4-stars level the price. Also the photos are edited and mislead because they do not reflect reality. All facilities are too old, worn out, dirty and need renovation.
First of all, smell on the reception is like in a toilet.
Then when we checked-in one room was not properly cleaned. Towels had someones hairs on it, the dust was on the floor and some sweet liquid spilled on the table. The bed was not made up well. Sheets are smaller that the bed, so we saw dirty mattress right under the pillows. To solve our problem the reception called a guy who didn’t speak english. Obviously, he didn’t help. We had to help us ourselves.
Second couple was checked-in in a room with 2 twin beds instead one double as requested on booking.com, but they fixed it quickly.
The hotel doesn’t have an iron by request, we couldn’t iron shirt and dress for a special occasion.
No free drinking water in the rooms.
Bathroom floor fully covered with water in the both rooms after every shower. The hotel flip-flops are getting extremely slippery what is actually quite dangerous.
Bad ventilation in the first room’s bathroom because of no working fan.
Cocktails in the bar are of poor quality. Beach guy wasn’t polite.

1-I booked triple room but when I arrived to hotel the staff informed me the triple room not available in 1st night just tomorrow!.
2-some times shower not work properly.
3-Park is small.
4-not receive us as good.
5-waters not available with dinner.!

The location is perfect. It is relaxing and easy to move from the pool to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Meals are included and really nice. Also you can sit with a great view and enjoy the sunset.

The staff are good and friendly specially the staff that they are working at restaurant and bar. Location was good and atmosphere of hotel is enjoyable.

- Meal plan looked much more cost-saving, less vegetables, less meat, less choice. I even have not seen a Chef versus last year when I met him every evening. Bar/restaurant service looked more poor this year.
- Dinner is still being provided without any drinks, and what is more, nowadays it is prohibited to bring drinks for your dinner even from your Minibar. That was really strange for me. Even worse rule versus last year one.
