We enjoyed our stay. The location is great as it takes you just a few minutes walking to the beach or into town. Restaurants, shops, super market, pharmacy - everything is around the corner. The service is good and the cleaning lady suprised us every second day with a new great design of towels on our bed. I loved that it was rather quiet during the day as they don't have an animation team and loud music at the poolside (just sometimes).
Sometimes you had to find yourself cutlery in the restaurant and you always had to look for an ashtray. The coffee also doesn't taste good.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! Everyone speaks couple of languages (including Serbian and Russian) and will adjust to your speaking preference. Hotel is quite close to Kleopatra beach, and there are convinience shops around.
Hotel is rated 4 stars, however this is not the real picture. Facilities are old and could use some upgrading and mantainance. Food choice is very limited. We had all inclusive service, and meals were repetitive and choice was limited Eg. in the midst of season only watermelon was offered, and occasionally apples, no other fruits. There are 4 main dishes everything else are salads, and if you don't come at the beginning of the meal time chances are that not everything will be available. It would help if food was labeled with allergens as well (nuts). Inside dining area has no air condition system or fans, and that makes the experience unbearable on hot days.
