Hotellin puitteet ok, mutta henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa olisi ollut parantamisen varaa.

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla, ja hotelli oli kaikin puolin siisti. Ainoa valonpilkahdus hotellin henkilökunnassa oli omeletin paistajanaiset.

Henkilökunta oli käytökseltään tylyä, eikä huomioinut hotellin asiakkaita. Allaspyyhkeitä ei ollut ja hotelli myi pyyhkeitä 15 euron hintaan. Ruoka oli yksipuolista, ja päivästä toiseen samaa.

The hotel is worth going back there again and again. Only if the owner makes sure that his customers are not cheated at

I will like everything except the staff at the front desk who cheat people out of money.

Good afternoon. Everything was absolutely delightful. Great food, great location of the hotel. Very nice hotel. Everything was super:) Except for one point - the reception staff wanted to dunk us on the first day. We had booked a room in advance. Upon arrival your staff took us to a room that does not correspond at all to the photos on the bookings. Oh, and with two different beds for a couple. It was horrible! When I asked where was the room we had booked, I was immediately told, give me 150 euros. Then we will move. I then had to go to the manager next to the reception and she immediately said something to them, after which they quickly handed over the keys to our room normal! If it wasn't for the past incident, I might have given it a 10/10, but as it is, sorry.

Great value for money and beautiful hotel.

Great location. Right on the beach and didn’t have to take a cab the whole trip. Recently renovated so room was lovely and had a good view of the pool. Food was quite good on some days. Didn’t eat out much as we didn’t need to.

Some staff members were rude. Asked for toilet roll late at night at reception as the cleaner didn’t give any new products. He seemed not too helpful but got it in the end. Hotel cleaning wasn’t great. They just about re tucked in the sheets and changed towels. Didn’t give us new toilet roll or didn’t sweep or clean anything which was disappointing.

the location was good

in the first room the aircon did not work and there wereno curtains on the window. After a lot of discussions with the staff I got a new room. But only the day after and after demanding to talk to the manager In general an ok hotel with very bad staff

good place for short visit

location was good close to beach and attractions and price was very reasonable

staff was rude and for a small child there was not much to eat.

All in all lovely place, good for families with kids or pensioners but not really for young singles.

The food was very tasty providing a big variety. Plenty of food, alway enough for every one. Lovely activities provided by the hotel. Very close to all activities in the city - night life, beach, cable to the top of the hill.

Pool was a bit small, limited drinks til hour 23, staff was not happy when we wanted to use the last 15 minutes to get the drinks. The pool man sounded quite high as a kite.

the pool is very short in hieght food everyday is the same staff barely talked english our room had dust under the bed and closet when we checked in the shower is broken you can only use the hose bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on it was hard as a rock

Not need come back to this hotel

Location was good

Food was very poor, I think reason can be cost saving of raw material, maybe cook was also on holiday. Staf in food restaurant didn't like say nothing, maybe their problem was poor english language. Very haigh volyme music whole day it wasn¨t nice, room was opposite of music speakers. Alsoso I didn't sleep for four nights because there were a crying child in my neighbor room.

Very disappointed this time.

I was eating my dinner @21:00 and someone staff came to take the clothes of the table ... I told him I am in the middle of my dinner are you for real? He came back later when I was on my fruits he came back and try directly to take the clothes of the table...I took my plate in my hand to no throw up...

I was in this hotel 3rd time but now I was. Very disappointed. Never come back... Thank you!

Perfect Hotel

The best . Friendly staff. Delicious food and always different tips of food and fruits!

Very strict with them selves staff wearing all the time masks is so hard for them as well.

Exceptional

The location is across from Kelopatra beach, so couldn't be better. Close to restaurants 15/20 walk to town or the harbour. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was excellent you couldn't want for more.

No cider at the bar.
