Exceptional

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel. We had got our room upgraded to deluxe so we were pleasantly surprised . The staff at the reception was amazing and Really helpful. The beach is nearby and the city center as well. The food was really good the whole day. We were family of 5 and we would like to come back next time .

Okay All-inclusive concept.

Check in was super smooth, and this man in the reception greet us in the best way! And showed us around the hotel, and gave us possibilities to upgrade our room, we that and was happy for the room and the spacious deluxe room for 4 people (we were 3). Hotel is super close to everything in Alanya center. Food is good, and variety is good. Best thing about the hotel is that you also can be in the mother hotel Xperia Saray Beach Hotel for intertainment, eat, swim in the pool and at the private beach. Animation team manager Adelina is very kind and gave us informations about everything. Hotel staff vere not very kind for those who don't speak their language. But Adeline makes our stay more comfortable by being nice and friendly all the time.

It is first time we experienced that you have to pay extra for cocktails in a All-inclusive Hotel. So you have to be aware of that if you like free cocktails in a All-inclusive Hotel. Staff were not very friendly and only greets those who gives tips (like when we did it), and those who speaks their language. But you will experience the opposite of this in the mother hotel, so choose it if you want better service at the hotel.

Stay was peaceful. The staff was very nice and friendly. I can choose to stay here again.

The food was pretty okay. The options are limited though. The staff was quite nice. The place is okay if you are visiting for a night and want to park yourself for some quick time.

1. Room was very okay. There were 2 single beds ( separate ) and one bunk bed in one corner of the room. Not impressive at all. 2. The water in the washbasin was clogging. 3. The bar had very very limited options so not worth all-inclusive price. 4 It is too expensive

Highly recommend the hotel!

Everything was perfect! The staff was very pleasant. The manager helped me with all my questions and issues, saved my time, and helped with the car rental when I was in a hurry. The rooms are clean. Towels and bedclothing were changed regularly. The restaurant's food was excellent and fresh. The bar was cozy. Also, I tried the hotel's SPA - it was great. So, I have a very positive experience of staying in the hotel. I can recommend it!

Terrible experience

The location and nothing else as it is was the worst stay that we have had here, it was our 3 time in this hotel.

The price was increased on our arrival, the food was not fit for human consumption, I complained to the head chef to no avail, the staff we miserable hardly any waiter spoke English, the only person that had any pleasantries from was the male receptionist.

Nice hotel, great value for money.

This is a nice hotel, clean and maintained well, we had a nice and spacious room with everything in the room working well, TV (not really important), WiFi and air-condition worked well, the toilet and bathroom were separated and both in good condition. The best thing about this hotel is its location, literally two minutes away from the beach and Alanya Teleferik, restaurants and shops. The hotel has one small pool and one jacuzzi, but both with relatively colder water as there is mostly no sun there during the day so we did not used the pool. I will give it a 9, but it is probably more realistic to be 8.5 review.

Nothing really wrong with the hotel except maybe the food, which was not bad at all but not great as it can be in Turkey. The food taste was OK, but just few dishes to choose from every day. Not a big deal if we put things into perspective, with COVID still being somewhat active topic and the price for this hotel being very affordable. There were no activities in this hotel, but in Xperia Saray Beach.

really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to others. Would like to visit it again.

Staff were very helpful, professional and curteous.

on the 1st night the room we were allocated was unsuitable, but the Manager helped us by relocating us to another more suitable room, with o extra charge.
