Für Booking.com sollte die Bewertung Ich schreibe diese Bewertung im Namen meines Vaters Arslan, meiner Mama und meines jüngeren Bruders, die gemeinsam ihren All-inclusive-Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht haben.
Meine Familie war mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders wichtig waren ihnen saubere Zimmer und diese Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und wurden regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt.
Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt und gemerkt, dass den Mitarbeitern das Wohl der Gäste wichtig ist.
Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten. Die Auswahl war so vielfältig, dass man gar nicht wusste, was man zuerst probieren sollte. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr sauber und das Wasser ist wunderschön klar. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage war gepflegt und angenehm.
Meine Familie hatte einen tollen Urlaub und würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und den guten Service!

Location is good with central Alanya, room sizes were good and we had nice memory. Staff was friendly
cleaning! several times found black short hairs in plates, dishes, food and when I show the staff or cooker even we didnt get apology. kitchen and food service staff should be more trained. There is no hoover in hotel rooms actually in all hotel! we requested twice during a week hoover for our rooms, because there were food crumbles, hairs on the floor when we enter first time in our room, cleaning ladies informed hoover is broken. afterwards figured out actually this is hotel management decision . so annoying and will not stay there at all. Also most unacceptable part is discrimination of the wrist bands: Turks or muslims Red wrist band, Russians are blue, Slowak, Polish or east Europeans silver. Felt we are in Nazi camp looking wrist band who is who. Reception is rejecting giving different colour for guest depends on their nationality but I have asked more than one service staff and all responded same that meanings nationality of guests! Dont recommend.
