Хороший отель для осмотра достопримечательньностей Алании

Прекрасное расположение, отель находится в шаговой доступности до всех достопримечательностей Алании - Красной башни, крепости Алании, канатной дороги, пляжа Клеопатры, археологического музея, пещеры Дамлаташ. Прогуляться по набережным с красивейшим видом на закат одно удовольствие. Рядом с отелем много хороших магазинов для шоппинга. Кафушки и ресторанчики на каждом углу, голодными остаться невозможно. В отеле разнообразный завтрак с хорошим обслуживанием. Уборка в номере ежедневная и достаточно качественная. Номер для городского отеля просторный. Останавливались на 4 дня и в целом остались довольны, поскольку много ходили пешком и много чего красивого посмотрели.

Основное, что не понравилось-плохая шумоизоляция, слышен любой разговор в соседнем номере. Беруши-это реальное спасение для тех, кто чутко спит и засыпает в тишине. Были в январе, хотелось погреться в сауне, но она даже за деньги не работала. В номере для гигиены были: шампунь, мыло и гель для тела и ВСЁ. На мой взгляд для отеля 4х звезд этот набор недостаточен.

Everything was great from the room to food to staff. 100% worth the money and will come here next time I visit alanya.

such a nice hotel with friendly staff

we had a such a great vacation in the hotel with friendly staff (mahmut)was the best waiter and various kinds of food and drinks and clean areas that I haven’t seen it anywhere else, thanks to management.

we did liked everything and appreciated it

I liked the care for children since they had some special events for children every night.

Whole building was a bit old and unnecessarily big. It would be better if they redecorate the place. Rooms was not soundproofed, so get ready to hear what is coming from the other rooms!!!

Great value for the Hub of Alanya.

Nice centrally located Hotel on busy city area, lots of stores and restaurants close by. The rooms are nice and we'll equipped. For a value oriented hotel it is a good choice. Staff was very welcoming and cleaning people were always pleasant people and did a good job. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly people . Breakfast is large and good selections of egg based food and lots of vegetables and fruit. I ate well every morning.. I would recommend this hotel for folks that want to be downtown in the hub of excitement..

Shower leaked into the toilet area but not a big deal.

The worst new year holidays I’ve ever had

Administrator of the hotel decided to call us by the telephone at midnight to ask for payment when we were sleeping. The staff of the hotel makes cleaning and talk very loud to each other in process and it’s a problem because you can hear very well this noise and noise from all your members. Awful bed and pillows.

All in all very plesent stay, staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was nice and versatile. Location perfect.

It's a perfect place for young people who don't just stay on the territory of the hotel.

It's close to city center and night clubs street and not too far away from the beach as well. Stuff pays a lot of attention to cleanliness of rooms.

Will not be staying here again - Quality has dropped

We only liked the reception staff names Hussain. He was very friendly and the only nice one from all the staff there and the location was good

We have stayed here before which was not too bad however this time we came the food was not nice at all. There was no variety of food and the staff were quite rude except for one (Hussain). It was quite shocking to how much the standard has dropped compare to the previous years
