Numa Port Hotel is a lovely, modern and exceptionally clean hotel in a fantastic location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and just a short walk from Alanya's bustling bazaar. The views overlooking the picturesque harbour are beautiful, and the staff are absolutely wonderful – incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout. The hotel restaurant is superb, serving exceptional food with stunning views across the port and surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend dining here! The gym is also very nice, and overall, the hotel has so much going for it.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing really lets this hotel down. If you're a light sleeper, be particularly cautious about staying on the first floor, especially in rooms 106–113, which are situated directly above a nightclub. The noise was horrendous and made it virtually impossible to sleep until the club closed, usually between 2am and 4am. This seriously affected our stay and took the shine off an otherwise lovely hotel. The sauna was also out of order during our visit, which was disappointing. It's a real shame, as the hotel itself, its location and its wonderful staff deserve praise, but a decent night's sleep is surely one of the most important parts of any hotel stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay.
The property is in an excellent location, right in the center and within walking distance of all kinds of facilities, including restaurants, shops, cafés, and other amenities. One of the best things about the location is that the beach is only a one-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. My room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping staff were always friendly, polite, and attentive. Everything was kept fresh and tidy throughout my stay.
The staff were one of the highlights of my experience. Everyone was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. I had the pleasure of meeting Shirin, who I believe is the manager of this hotel as well as three other properties. She was absolutely fantastic and truly made a difference to my stay.
Shirin is one of those people who naturally makes everyone around her feel comfortable and welcome. She always had a big smile on her face and went out of her way to make sure that guests were happy. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Her positive energy, warm personality, and genuine care for the guests were truly impressive. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and sincerely wants every guest to have a wonderful experience.
The food was also very good, with a nice selection and great quality. Overall, everything about my stay was enjoyable, from the fantastic location and cleanliness to the wonderful staff and excellent service.
A special thank you to Shirin and the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. Their hospitality and kindness made me feel very welcome.
When I originally booked the hotel, the total price was approximately SEK 10,000. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged €1,550, which was very unexpected and significantly higher than the amount I was originally quoted.
I find this additional charge very concerning, as I was not expecting to pay such a significant difference from the original booking price. I intend to contact the person responsible for handling the payment and billing to clarify why I was charged this additional amount.
I would like to formally request a refund of the difference between the original agreed booking price and the amount I was charged. Please review the booking and payment details and refund the excess amount as soon as possible.
I would appreciate a clear explanation of how the final amount of €1,550 was calculated and confirmation of when I can expect the refund.
I hope this matter can be resolved quickly, fairly, and professionally.
