The staff was amazing and super helpful throughout our stay! We arrived early from a long day of traveling and they had a nice table/couch on the balcony for us to relax on while our room was getting set up. The breakfast was wonderful and the communication with the hosts/staff was exactly what you want. 10/10 would stay there again!
There were no issues with our stay. The room was a tad small but we knew that when we booked, the view easily made up for the size. Only regret was not getting in the pool.

Unique and exceptional , in the historical part of Alanya.
Close to the town centre .
Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.
Amazing to have all organic food grown by Villa Turka for breakfast and beautifully presented.
Homemade cake in the afternoons !

The hotel itself is very quaint and charming. However it needs a lot of improvement for a 4 star badge.
The location is very nice for views but to get to the main terrace restaurant or pool you need to climb very high stone steps, there was no mention of this issue with accessibility when I booked. I have MS so this would have been handy info. I couldn’t go up much which was a shame because of this. The lush greenery around the hotel is so beautiful however a lot of it had not flourished yet perhaps due to season. The hotel is situated in a very residential area quite high up in the castle grounds. The location is absolutely stunning all along the way the views are so beautiful. The pool area is stunning and very ambient. Breakfast was lovely, nice selection and with unforgettable views.
I stayed here for my 40th birthday which I mentioned, no compliments card/ sweet/ drink/ or anything of the sort was left in the room on arrival or at any point during my stay. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where this is not standard if an occasion is mentioned. I booked a standard twin double room which was very standard. No headboards on the beds which made resting really uncomfortable, and the stones from the walls were falling and rubbing against the pillows! The floor was natural concrete and had not been sweeped/ hoovered prior our arrival. Dust on every surface. Cracked glass drain cover in the bathroom was very dangerous and tiles in shower were so slippery I almost fell twice. The bedsheets had holes in them and didn’t fit the duvet (they had put a king cover on a single duvet) so it kept curling up inside the cover. The net curtains were absolutely ghastly and make the whole room look creepy and old, they were also yellowing and dirty looking, once the curtain was drawn back they didn’t give much privacy when changing clothes etc so not sure what the point in having them was. The actual curtains were so thin and didn’t block any light from coming in at all (bear in mind the hotel is very high up) so the room by 6am was very well lit! Perfect for a good sleep.. Not! The front door had a huge frosted glass window, again with no cover so no privacy and blocking of light when sleeping and was directly opposite one of the beds. The weather was quite bad for two days of the stay and were were rained in, water had flooded the room! It would have been nice if there was an accessible / covered Dry way to access the hotel without getting totally soaked and risk slipping on the stone steps. It was quite cold on those days and there is no proper heating facility apart from a useless AC system which took ages to heat up. The TV on the wall was crooked so tiny and didn’t work! A 4 star hotel should have a working smart TV.
