This hotel is a good location and we got a taxi easily into Old Town Phuket, our reason for visiting the area.
This is a basic, inner city feel type hotel. It has the potential to be a modern, cool hotel but it just falls short. Staff weren’t particularly friendly compared to everywhere else we stayed, although the front desk were helpful to us when we needed a taxi early in the morning, rooms felt just a little bit unclean and tired and the breakfast was almost inedible.
