I had an amazing stay at Rathri Hotel Phuket, and what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, every single person I met was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Bella, who was so kind to help me by calling Tiger Park on my behalf. She was always cheerful, helpful, and made everything so easy. A huge thank you to Sun, who looked after me throughout my stay. Even during check-out, he went out of his way to help arrange my taxi and made sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his hospitality was exceptional. I'm so sorry I can't remember the names of the other staff members, but I took photos with many of them, and those photos say more than words ever could. Every single member of the team, including the housekeeping staff, was wonderful. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome and helped me so much. The cleanliness of this hotel also deserves special praise. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling clean, and housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. There was such a wide variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. You'll know exactly what I mean once you stay here! Hotels can have beautiful rooms, but it's the people who make the experience memorable. The team at Rathri Hotel Phuket truly goes above and beyond, and they made this one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Thank you all for your amazing hospitality. I will definitely be back and will happily recommend Rathri Hotel Phuket to anyone visiting Phuket.

The reception staff could have been provided with chairs. They stood all day smiling. The owner can take note.

The hotel was walking distance from the Old town, but in a quiet area. Local shops and convenience stores close by. The bed was comfortable, spacious room. Free soft ice cream in the reception

The pool is in the restaurant, hence it is a bit uncomfortable to relax when the deckchairs are in the restaurant area. The fitness room (cannot call it a gym) is more of a glass box, located in the 3rd floor (end of the corridor) next to the main lift and rooms, you feel exposed. Buffet breakfast looked a bit stale, with pastries that did not look fresh at all. The a la carte section was not bad.
