Situated in Springfield, this attractive cottage for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Twisted River River Ranch. Our quaint western styled Cottage sits on 30 beautiful acres. The inside is decorated to make your stay as comfortable as home, if not better. All you need to bring is your clothes and food . If you are traveling to an event with a horse we have stalls , a wash rack and riding arena with flag for 50.00 more a night per horse for full care ,but needs to be arranged in advance .

The location is close to town but in the country. It was peaceful and cozy. We were visiting family so didn’t spend much time at the property. The kitchen amenities are plentiful and Diane brought us fresh eggs!

This was hands down the best place I could have asked to stay. Down visiting my daughter at school. Wanted something a little quiet but still close to town. Wonderful!!! Diane is amazing. So sweet and has everything could could ever need there. Property is gorgeous and so well kept. Goodies in the fridge for us we weren’t expecting. Little touches that mean a lot. I am definitely coming back and bringing family with me. Loved it!!!

Beautiful property with gorgeous farm setting. Felt like an authentic rustic farm experience. Place was clean and cozy. Diane and Tom were kind, lovely hosts full of helpful tips. Came to area due to commitment. Absolute serendipity. Felt like a mini vacation. Had such a good stay that plan to make a vacation out of staying there again. If you like the bustle of the city and hotel constraints, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking to get away (while still minutes from Eugene), you could not ask for a more perfect spot.

The space was perfect, the location too. The ranch was so enjoyable and entertaining with horses, cows, chickens and dogs, they welcomed us right in. What made this so special was Diane! She was wonderful to talk with and she shared fresh eggs and garden produce with us. Our stay at the ranch was a perfect ending to our 2 week trip in Oregon. We will be back!

We stayed at this lovely cabin to attend and help with our son's wedding. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. We were able to sit outside in the mornings and evenings and watch the horses and enjoy peace and quiet. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in for awhile. Highly recommend this property.

This is truly the best place I have ever stayed. I was impressed by the beauty of the property, as well as the hospitality of Diane and Tom. The quaint little house was comfortable and had everything we needed & more. Petting the horses and the arrival of two calves that morning was an unexpected surprise. Looking forward to coming back! :)

Wow, this place was great! Very comfortable and nothing lacking. Cozy is an understatement! The pictures were good, but they don’t do it justice. Super romantic get away for my wife and I. We came up to watch the ducks play a football game and almost skipped the game to just relax in our comfy little house. Diane has really thought of everything. We’ll be back.

The cottage was fully stocked and Diane was happy to stock things you like. Diane and Tom are gracious hosts! We walked around and visited with the animals and Diane offered fresh eggs and told us to pick anything we wanted from the garden. We had fresh eggs and peppers for breakfast. It was perfect. Towels, sheets and bedding are high quality. The bed was comfy, it is a full but wasn’t a problem for us.
The grounds are quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better space and will certainly be back. For those needing a place close to the U of O this is a hidden gem. It was about 20 min with Ducks traffic to get back ..it was a breeze.
Diane and Tom have a such gracious hearts. We will certainly be back. Thanks again!

Watching Track Meet at Tracktown USA
Diane was very helpful with me to arrange transportation from her horse ranch to Eugene. The cottage was exactly that, a nice cozy setting, with quaint country style features... a claw foot tub which was easy to use as a shower, very comfortable bed for sleeping after days outside in a track stadium. Uber drivers found me when I needed someone to take me into town and the rides cost around $25, which was much more economical than renting a car. No complaints at all... just appreciation for Diane's hospitality.

A little piece of heaven.
What an absolute joy to stay here. Precious little one bedroom with a full kitchen. The owner graciously offers light snacks and drinks with some board games, a couple decks of cards and a lot of movies that you can watch on a huge TV. Mornings are a walk with a cup of fresh coffee and a brief chat with the livestock. Do yourself a favor and drive just a couple minutes out of town and fall in love with this gem. You won’t be disappointed!

A wonderful property in a beautiful location with nice views of the hills. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Diane and Tom were very welcoming and made us feel like family! We loved waking up and seeing the horses in the pasture right out front! We will definitely be back!!

I can't thank Diane enough. She was an ideal hostess and exceedingly kind. We enjoyed spending time walking their huge property and swam at the private river front. The first night she provided us with fresh eggs from her own hens, and even saddled up her sweet mare and let our daughter ride her around the arena.

There’s a large arena, a beautiful barn, a quaint, little greenhouse, multiple pastures, and a lovely, expansive pond with a bridge leading to the Mohawk River. (How close and high the river is depends on the season.)
The apartment is separate from the house and has all the amenities. My husband wanted to barbecue, so Diane and Tom got their portable grill out of their fifth wheel. They also gave us farm fresh eggs and veggies for any cooking we wanted to do. Groceries and/or other shopping needs is surprisingly just ten minutes away.
The hosts, Tom and Diane, could not have been more kind, thoughtful, and very generous. Diane took me horseback riding in the arena, out in the pastures, and along the river, while Tom and Nick enjoyed the leisurely stroll over the same grounds. This is a 30 acre ranch that’s always moving, changing, and growing. Don’t miss out!

Diane was so kind and accomodating. The cottage was well stocked with food games, and information about the area.
We loved the impressive gardens filled with water fountains, magnolias, ponds and shade.
The swimming holes were fun! The atmosphere was welcoming. Well maintained farm with easy access to town.
