It was an awesome value for only $137. And its Huge and so nice.
The workers making noise working on the outside of the house right by the bedroom windows at 9am

Convenient location. The property is minutes away from U of O
I liked everything about the property except for the bat flying back and forth in front of the door to the house

The place was HUGE, very nice and well appointed. The pics don't do it justice. I wish we could've stayed longer.
Slightly further from downtown than I thought, but not bad. Could use a curtain over the front door.

Here's how good it was: They had premium toilet paper, and lots of it.!
The house was large, comfortable, clean and fully stocked.
Really, we've stayed in Eugene many times, and The Palace was our favorite accommodations.
We stayed in the lower floor, and there was work being done on the upper floor.
That being said, the noise was minimal and whoever was working were really considerate.
