This home sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. Dining room for 8 (we do not guarantee that place settings will be available as pictured). Laundry accommodations are located in the basement. -Motion and audio recording devices are located near the front door and back door on the exterior of the unit. We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. These devices only record video and audio on the exterior of the home facing the front and rear areas of the home. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. These devices are present solely for the safety and security of our guests. -Television and WiFi available -Pet friendly, $25 per pet, per night -Can accommodate up to 8 guests in beds -Free, private, off-street parking -Professionally managed -Safe and secure location -Beautiful backyard area -Sparkling clean and well stocked -Soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry supplies, coffee available -Located in Beechmont neighborhood -5 minutes to Downtown (Bourbon Tours, Yum Center, Convention Center, Soccer Stadium, Baseball Stadium) -5 minutes to Churchill Downs -5 minutes to airport Full access to the entire space. Interaction is minimal. Guests check themselves in. Professional management staff is available for any needs during the stay. Centrally located with dining and entertainment options nearby. We recommend having a vehicle. We have free, private, off-street parking available for up to 4 vehicles. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply. KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

We needed a place for our family to be together for Christmas this year. This trip was about bringing 4 generations under one roof for quality family time. This home allowed us to do just that. There was adequate space for all of us (6 adults and 1 brand new member of the family just 3.5mths old) We cooked almost every meal for 9 days in this home and the home supplied us with all the equipment to accomplish this. As I said our trip was about spending time together. Eating, drinking, playing cards or games and just being together. The home was perfect for what we needed. We have stayed at many VRBO's and this was the best stocked home we have stayed in. Linens, Kitchen equipment, toiletries, all the little things were thought of. When we informed them this was for our family Christmas they even made sure there was a tree for us. Santa even found us with a few presents under the tree. The communication was OUTSTANDING. Every question was answered promptly and the level of care in their communication was PERFECT.

We loved this VRBO! The decor is super cool; 70’s nostalgia style; with modern amenities. The neighborhood is great. We felt really safe. The streets are alive with activity, but no shenanigans. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching passerbys. The backyard was perfect for our little pups. We could let them out by themselves with the fenced in yard. This house is enormous! There are three bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus 4 sitting areas. The house was very clean. Great stay!

The property was great! We are completely satisfied with our stay. Plenty of room for us 4 and one dog. Two of the bedrooms were not even used. Everthing was just right! The property was very well maintained and the interior was like we were in the moment and everything was new. Furniture may look a little dated but its as if you were in a showroom today. We would definitely like to stay again.

We had to come to Louisville at the last minute, and we’re lucky enough to find this rental available for the week. It is just as advertised and the property manager was great to work with. I would highly recommend for anyone coming to the city.

Loved the space inside the house, nice front porch and large yard. The house was very clean and with unique decorations yet very functional. The parking is in the back, next to the garage, off the Main Street, in a safe area. We will stay here again with family and friends.

This was a very awesome day. We had plenty of room place, was clean, easy access and in a very good location as they did. In some other reviews. It is a bit trafficy on the front half of the house but doesn't seem to bother anyone. Early enjoyed our stay here and I'm sure we'll be back next year

This house was great for us, but could have slept a lot more. We had 4 adults and 1 child (2 year old). This is a 3 story house with a full bathroom on each floor. We didnt even use the two bedrooms on the top floor. There was plenty of seating in the livingroom! The location is close to a lot of attractions. There is also a roomy backyard with a fire pit. We met friends for a weekend getaway and could not have picked a more comfortable house. Would love to stay there again.

House was fun and unique, and lots of attention to detail on the theming of each room. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (with room to spare). Tons to do in the area and close to anything you'd need (grocery, etc). Kitchen was a little small but not a problem for short stays. Would definitely stay again.

We had such an amazing time staying in Louisville! Your property was amazing. We all enjoyed our stay! (It was fun for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and one 8 year old). Plenty of space to kick back and relax. And super close to all the fun things in Louisville.

Good location and true to description, but needs attention to cleaning. Carpet very stained, comforter stained, outside pillows stained—food left on floor in several spots. Dirt and bugs also on floors. No Tv access available unless you log into your personal streaming account.

Property was accurate to the listing. There was plenty of space for the five of us and it is in close proximity to the airport and the Nulu district. The neighborhood isn't the nicest but we did not feel unsafe at anytime. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We traveled to Louisville for my daughters volleyball tournament and had a blast! It was so nice to come “home” to a house instead of a hotel. The location was so close to everything we needed; restaurants, shopping, Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Expo center! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Our group was 4 adult men in town for a music festival. We found the house to be very comfortable, each having their own room and bed. The kitchen was a bit small if you’re planning on cooking daily, but served us well for the occasional meal. The neighborhood was nice, and it was convenient for us to get to the Exposition Center. One member of group found the road noise to be a bit loud in the mornings, but I chalk that up to a lighter sleeper. I organized our stay at the homes and I’m very satisfied.
