I love this hotel so much, its the perfect place to go if you're going to visit anyplace close to Chicago the rooms are cozy and comfortable and the free parking is a plus the staff is phenomenal because these rooms are cleaned so well as if the president is coming to visit...the free breakfast is great always so nice and hot and tastes like a Dennys restaurant breakfast sausagess eggs waffles cereal biscuits etc..for FREE!! And the front desk guy is always always so nice and welcoming after a long hot 3 hours trip from Wisconsin and he's always smiling he sets the entire tone for a great stay at this hotel...im not a employee of this hotel im a real FOREVER customer only that comes to illinois periodically to visit my in-laws in chicago I've been to expensive hotels and didn't feel this comfortable and welcoming...the hotel itself is part of the vacation..even if you stayed in your room all day and didn't go anywhere at all..come to this hotel and see for yourself when visiting the chicago -Joliet illinois area's you won't be disappointed!!!!

Always clean good breakfast 😋 staff good and friendly love staying here when I can just a little bit expensive for me.

The property was close to our grandson’s baseball tournament. It was immaculate, quiet and the staff were very helpful—especially the front desk gentleman who helped us with dinner suggestions.
