Mainstay made our long stay while waiting for our NEW home more than accommodating!!

The staff Marisa, Michelle, Jay, Raechel and GM, Bobby were amazing & maintenance guy, Jose and housekeeper, Lily were more than amazing as we were there for a couple months waiting to move into our house and it made us feel like family and always made sure we had what we needed. I cannot Thank them enough!

The only problem I had, Always with the upper management, Kate Who also is management of the hotel next-door at best Western, who Threaten me and my kids to leave because he complained about a couple things that need to be brought to their attention so they can fix it for not only me but future guests. She literally said she wasn’t excepting my money anymore and told me to leave of course I did it because there is no legal reason for me to but someone like that should not be in upper management & Should never treat us like that.. it was unbelievable!! any guest should have the free right to either willfully email and let them know their concerns or complaints without being threatened to leave I have never experienced anything like that in my life.

Okay for a night if you’re just passing through- I don’t recommend staying longer. Good location. Easy 55 access. Pool w

Good location for our purposes. Good size rooms. Full kitchen in room w/new appliances. Helpful staff.

The non-smoking rooms had a strange musty/wet odor, the curtains had some kind of mildew/wetness on the bottom edge where they hung over the very noisy swamp cooler. The floors looked clean but were actually dirty- as soon as I walked barefoot all kinds of dirt and little bits of whatever stuck to my feet. The bathroom was your basic hotel bathroom but with very little soap/shampoo provided, the shower head was rusting and needs to be replaced as does the ineffective shower curtain that seems to have somehow melted along the top edge shrinking it and making it too short for the space. The ceiling paint above the shower is bubbling and peeling. The room doors didn’t close fully on their own so you had to give an extra pull to close them securely. The sheets were cheap “microfiber” (aka polyester) and there were no *working* outlets available on or near the only provided nightstand so we had to pull the other bed out in order to access the power strip they were using to plug in the lamp in order to plug in a medical device. Kids enjoyed the pool but no towels were available and we had to request them from the front desk which at one point they didn’t even have any. The front desk did agree to drop the price of our stay on our 2nd room owing to that the lock was malfunctioning and did not lock at all. The front desk person was very courteous and explained maintenance had been working in that room prior to our arrival and disengaged the lock and must have forgot to re-engage it before leaving, but that didn’t make sense because prior to our last day the lock was engaged and we were unable to access the room w/o using the key so something is up with 314’s lock.

It was nice and GM,Bobby was Amazing and we loved the clean pool! Staff was amazing !

They ran out of breakfast and didn’t refill @only 8AM. They shut juice/water machine down when should be on all day. The pancake machine was great and VERY clean dining- kitchen area as well:)

Lamp shades were Filthy/stained with what looked like almost blood/dirt stains & quilts had HUGE holes and also stains on them. I got a new one @front desk & when got back to my room saw it had even a Bigger Hole in bed quilt.. I don’t like they have no other blankets to offer but only a worn down quilt cover to go with 1 thin white sheet. Pillows are VERY comfy though but small

Would not book this hotel again.

Did not eat the breakfast..location was ok.

Booked king with sleeper sofa but only a king in room. Rollaway brought in very uncomfortable. No towels at pool.

I won't be back period

I like the rooms that have a Lil kitchen in them but they had no soap in bathroom just one simple bar soap nothing else

I order a room with a sofa bed and got a chair. No ice bucket. No soap. No shampoo. Only was giving two towels for a room that was suppose to sleep 4 only slept 2. I'll never come back And the bedding had blood on the middle sheet disgusting clean them I have worked house keeping not hard to clean up. I'll make sure nobody I know comes here Also the dish washer had nasty old dishes in it and there was no spoons in the silver wear bc I'm sure drug addicts took them. Place looks nice but a dump low key don't come here with children either they had no breakfast for kids

our stay was perfect from beginning to end

quiet & dog friendly. bed was very comfortable. facility was clean. staff was tremendously helpful & polite/... couldn't have been any better!! definitely recommend. oh- & oh close to lots of stores & eateries

Disappointing

The people and employees were excellent!

Lots of paint fumes from major construction, and lots of smoking on the second floor. Back door had no lock - felt very unsafe.

The staff were pleasant and understanding.

1. For starters, I asked for joining rooms for my family and was told it was an option but would be determined upon arrival. When I arrived I was told it wasn't an option for a long sized room. That would have been helpful to know the 6 weeks before our stay when making the reservation. 2. The hotel is undergoing renovations and you could see this immediately entering our rooms (we had 2). In room one, the flooring still had marks of where the plank flooring needed to be cut and the comforter had holes in it that were the size of my hands. 3. A strange man parked outside my window and was watching me as I walked about the room and left after I closed the blinds. 4. The pool room had ceiling issues and was covered up by some type of material. 5. The hot tub was closed off with caution tape. 6. The exercise room was closed due to renovations. 6. The kitchen was closed due to renovations and breakfast was served in the lobby with limited options. 7. Room #2 of ours was missing the stove top and had just the open cabinet. 8. Room #2 also had a leaking faucet and the flooring was incomplete, missing plank pieces. There were also remnants of the old/original carpet in the closet. We stayed one night and cancelled our 4 night renovation to go to another hotel. Switching hotels was the best decision we made.

Will never book in this hotel again.

I checked in after a long-delayed flight from Jersey, and the front desk employee gave me a room on the second floor that is under construction now. when I asked him to change the room he said that the hotel is fully booked.

The room was ok

Hotel smelled like Marijuana, it was HORRIBLE. Front desk clerk that checked us in didn't tell us where our room was ,when breakfast was or any information. Complainted about hotel smell & she didn't care and was rude. Trash pilled at the end of hallways, pool out of order, our room door wouldn't lock & no maintenance to fix it . CHECKED OUT EARLY & went to another hotel. We weren't the only ones that left and went else where.

the location to where I need to be

The room was not what the picture entailed. the room had an odd smell to it. I ordered a king size bed and they gave me a queen. when I called to make adjustments, the phone was disconnected from the wall. when I went to look for the phone Jack to plug in, there was no Jack. I called down on my cell. the clerk told me that they changed my room and was unable to give me an accommodations as they were fully booked. I asked him to give me a difference in price. he said there was no difference, but could give me additional points. tried sleeping on that bed. it felt like. bed of nails. my husband slept on the couch. when he woke up the next morning he was covered in dog hair because the blanket that was in the closet that was supposedly clean was covered in it! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We checked out a day early because it was not conducive to our allergies and health.
