One elevator was broken, and one outside door inoperable, and apparently, from speaking to a long term guest, it has been like that at least three years...

Restaurant was closed. Very large property designed for conferences/meetings but feels like a ghost town when there are no meetings.

My credit card had a $100.00 hold placed on it for any ancillary charges. It was reversed following me checking out. How the charge of $.31 cents was not reversed This would be a credit card service charge for the policy of placing the $100.00 hold.
When I sent a message I received no reply back from the hotel!
