My family and I had to spend the night in a hotel extremely last minute due to the flooding in Weston, and the quality of the staff and atmosphere of Wingate was reassuring and stable during the stressful time.
The room and public areas were clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. We are so grateful for Wingate!
Everything from our stay was (more than) adequate. No complaints here!

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I PAID FOR A ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEANED, WHEN I GOT THERE. THE CARPET HAD CHIPS ON THE FLOOR AND HAIR BESIDE THE BED. THE ICE BUCKET WAS FULL OF WATER AND IN THE BATHROOM. TOLD AT CHECK OUT AND THE RESONSE WAS"OK" NOT SORRY, OR I MAKE IT KNOWN.

Right next to the conference center which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to interstate.
Could use updating. Stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked nice but water was ice cold.
