Just down the hall, you'll find a half-bathroom, a full kitchen with black appliances and a pass-through window to the dining room table, a door to the back patio, and a private laundry room where you can toss the day's swimsuits, hiking clothes, or snowy socks. There's a second flatscreen TV in the loft-style bedroom upstairs, as well as a full bathroom and a lovely view of the mountains to wake up to each morning. What's nearby: This condo is ideally located four miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, just about a block off of Highway 160. You'll be within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants, eateries, coffee shops, and conveniences, and one mile south of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club. If you head downtown, you can soak in the lovely Pagosa Hot Springs or go tubing or kayaking on the San Juan River. In the winter months, Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 28 miles northeast. We enjoyed our stay at Modern Mountain Getaway! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, it is in a great location with lots of walking paths, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Only complaint: it was pretty warm in the loft despite leaving the heat at a low setting.

We celebrated our 54 th wedding anniversary there , conveniently located to grocery stores, Walmart , eating establishments and more . Quiet neighborhood. Clean and you have everything you need .

We love this place, 2nd time staying here! It's very close to some restaurants and a brewery, and they had a Keurig and a coffeemaker, (we used the coffeemaker), and a full kitchen if you want to cook your own. It's close to several trailheads and about 4 miles from downtown Pagosa. The owners are very responsive, and we had no issues with the doors/locks or the wifi. The condo complex is pretty quiet and well maintained. We'll be back, such a cool town with so much to do! I have mentioned this place to several of our friends.

My family and I stayed here 4 days and 3 nights at this location. The property was the perfect size and great location to everything we wanted to do. We wanted a place we could all be together but also not somewhere to big being that we had plans for activities. This was the perfect place to come back change and grab some snacks before we headed back out. I would highly recommend for other active families or anyone looking for a cozy spot to come back o at the end of a long day on the mountains.

I stayed here while skiing at Wolf Creek for a few days. Overall the place was perfect as it was an easy and beautiful 30 mile drive each morning to the ski area. Nearby were plenty of places to buy food and supplies. Furnishings were fine. TV and internet worked great.

Most items in the unit were good, there is no cable tv, it is roku. Also the windows and screens were covered with webs and the windows needed to be cleaned badly. The baseboard by the front window there were dead bugs. Also the area upstairs behind the dresses needed to be cleaned. And most important was it would have been nice to know that there was no air conditioning. It was very warm in there, there was one loud fan upstairs which I could sleep if I had that on. Might want to install some ceiling fans.

This was a work trip and the Internet was unsecured (we fixed this ourselves) AND the Internet went down for an entire day —apparently this occurs often with CenturyLink internet provider (at least once a month). We had to go a few blocks to Higher Grounds Coffee Shop to work (they use a different internet provider).3. There was scheduled construction on the ROOF ALL DAY — no one informed us of this even though the construction men informed us it was a scheduled appointment. It was EXTREMELY LOUD construction right on top of us from 8AM to approx 6PM.
