Lic #BL20510 The Spiral Stairs is right in the heart of downtown and offers easy access to the fine dining and shopping along Main Street, the free gondola connecting Telluride to Mountain Village, and Town Park, the renowned venue for the Telluride summer festivals. This beautiful and perfectly located condo has been a huge favorite with travelers! The space Wonderful sunny window with seating to read, enjoy the view of the mountains, have your morning coffee and look down the street to the gondola or up the street to the end of the box canyon. One bedroom with a gorgeous King wood bed and a brand-new linen Queen sofa in the living room with a temperpedic mattress. All have down comforters and soft sheets. One full bathroom with tub and shower. Designer touches featured throughout. Neighborhood overview This is being IN Telluride! Walk out the door in your ski boots after getting your skis from the ski locker downstairs and turn right, then walk 500 feet to the Gondola or chair at Oak Street. There are world class restaurants, plus bars and pubs all within a few blocks of your front door. The Town Park with all of the Summer festivals is 2 blocks away, the trail around the Beaver Pond and the trailhead to Bear Creek Falls is to the left just down the block. Walk 1 block up and you are at the Village Market, 2 blocks to get to coffee and at the 3rd corner you are in the heart of Main Street at my favorite eating spot, The Floradora! Getting around The Galloping Goose free shuttle takes you anywhere in town, but there really is little need for a car unless you'd like to explore the surrounding areas. You are only a few blocks from almost anywhere you'd like to go by walking or gondola. There is a parking garage under the building on a space available basis for one car and plenty of street parking on the side street.

Property is located very close the gondola! Two good pubs and a liquor store. Nicely decorated and comfortable but it’s pretty small. Fine for a couple or small family.

I will definitely stay here again. The condo was clean and beautiful!! I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities that our host Jill provided. I loved the lighting in the unit, and all of the furniture was very comfortable. Jill responded immediately to a few questions that I had, and overall had a great experience. Great spot for a night out on the town. Thank so much for making my stay in Telluride memorable and comfortable!

The condo is located a block from the ski lift and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. There are few windows, but there is a view of the mountains from the windows. The condo is well maintained and perfect for a couple. A positive is that parking is in a garage in the building, but a negative is that the condo is on the third floor and the steps could be a challenge.

This condo was in a great location, close to the gondola, great restaurants & shopping. It has the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve seen. Love the decor and the high quality linens & towels. That said, there were a few problems that lowered the rating. First of all, I travel 75-100 days a year, so I have different standards than the average leisure traveler. Checking into the unit on the top floor of this building is very dark and would be impossible to find at night without a flashlight. Very poor lighting to find the front door. The 2 closets are piled high with supplies, so there is nowhere to hang ski parkas or nicer clothes. Pulling piles out of the main entry closet to find an air mattress was a hassle; then the air mattress had a large cut in it so it would never hold air. We pulled linens out of the master closet to make up the couch & 2 pillowcases were obviously used with other peoples’ hair on it (a personal pet peeve since I travel so much). I love the style of the couch, but it is worn out with deep depressions on both ends. The most disturbing issue is that the only shower temperature needs adjustment. After skiing all day, we all want a hot shower. But the shower temperature only adjusts on the warm side between scalding hot and lukewarm: nothing in between. My child screamed the first scalding. This really needs to be fixed. All in all, this unit is not far from a 5-star rating. All the issues I write about are correctible.
