About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive condo for $285 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beach access is conveniently located at Shallotte Blvd. right next to the complex. Unobstructed ocean views from this 2 Bed 2 Bath first floor condo at Sand Dwellers. Pool is just steps away. Beautifully renovated, with today’s beach guest in mind. Unit refreshed with new living room furniture, art work, bed spreads, porch chairs and kitchen supplies this season. The unit has luxury vinyl flooring, a spacious kitchen that includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and well stocked cabinets to meet all your cooking and dining needs. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled with marble vanities and medicine cabinets to provide ample storage for all guests. Central heating and air conditioning paired with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms help you refresh after a day at the beach or enjoying one of the local or nearby attractions. There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV and full size dresser and night stand set so you can comfortably unpack in addition to an ample size closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds with memory foam mattresses, a 32 inch flat screen TV, tall chest of drawers paired with a medium chest of drawers and a large closet. The main living area has a 55 inch TV and a dining table that can expand to seat 10. The unit has high speed Internet access throughout. There is a full size washer and dryer and a 50 gallon water tank to ensure everyone gets a hot shower! It is decorated with the right balance of modern day living with accents of the beach to sweep you away from everyday life. No smoking. First floor unit, however, it is a raised building and there are stairs to get to the first floor. Pillows and bed coverings are provided. All TVs have HDMI connections for your Firestick. ***NOTE: linens and towels are NOT included.*** If you would like linens delivered consider Beachside Linen and Towel Rental. Phone: 910-880-0523. Amenities to start your stay: - Trash bags for kitchen and bathrooms - One roll of paper towels - Dish soap and sponge - Dish detergent - One roll of toilet paper per bathroom - Hand soap in each bathroom - Laundry detergent IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We allow certain pets with weight restrictions. There is a $150 pet fee. ***3 installments payment plan!*** We understand people need flexibility when paying for their vacations. Based on the date you book and your reservation date, you will be offered up to 3 installment payments when booking your reservation.

Our week went by way to fast and I wanted to stay! Your condo was everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well supplied and very efficient! The location is fantastic with a 2 minute walk to the beach and beautiful views from the condo! We’ll see you again soon!

Condo was very clean & very comfortable! Although I didn't need it for this trip, the kitchen was very well stocked & sizeable for prepping & cooking! The master bed was very comfortable. Very nice walk-in shower. There were beach chairs downstairs with other beach necessities, especially for kids. My only suggestion would be to hang some black out curtains in the bedroom. Some people prefer not to be awakened at sunrise (although the sunrises were gorgeous). Overall, had a great stay & highly recommend it! Time just went by too quickly!

This is our third time staying at this property and it definitely won’t be our last! Perfect for a couple. The condo has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, nice furniture, etc. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Well-kept pool area. On the quiet end of the island (East End). Can’t say anything negative. The property owner is super responsive. This is our go to place when we travel to NC.

Property was just like the pictures. The location is great. Amazing view through front door. We all enjoyed the pool. Only two negatives to mention…first, it is a first floor unit so when the unit above is occupied it sounds like someone is going to come through the ceiling…second, I would highly suggest room darkening blinds or curtains for the bedrooms. Not everyone wants to wake up with the sunrise on vacation.

My husband and I truly needed a good vacation due to some stressors in our life with aging parents. I cannot say enough how absolutely relaxing our stay was here. The view, the beach itself, and of course the accommodations were perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Having our fur baby with us was of the upmost importance, too. Thankful we were able to bring her. 🏖️❤️

If you are looking for a lay back vacation Ocean Isle is the place. The Condo was very clean, well stocked, and a quick walk to the beach. We love going down to Ocean Isle because the island itself is very chill but if you want some craziness it’s a short drive to Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. Beach and pool were so nice and easy to access. The only negative would be the thundering noise from those walking/running in the condo above us. We could hear every step-some insulation between floors is really needed. Thank goodness they were only there a few nights!

And I’m talking about the beach and the property…
We absolutely loved staying here. It’s spacious and clean. The kitchen is more equipped than the one I have at home! You could make a holiday meal for 12 people here-easy! There’s enough seating at the dining table too.
You have a beautiful view of the ocean from both your porch and the master bedroom. You can read at the pool and be lulled by the sound of the rushing waves. I often sat on the porch in the tall chairs and had my coffee holding my 51/2 month old. ( oh! They have a high chair too!)
The master shower has a rainwater head and is huge. Both closets in both bedroom are large and there’s plenty of dressers and stuff to put stuff away if need be.
The only “ complaints” I have are the following: it would be nice to have a recliner or rocker of some kind if you’re staying with small children, toddlers or infants. There wasn’t a comfortable chair to sit in to read, feed or put my little one to sleep in. Made night time especially difficult;
The bed in the master bedroom HAS to be an extra firm mattress. It was very hard and took several days to adjust to. My husband actually bought a soft mattress topper to use while we were there. ( the beds in the 2nd bedroom are not the same and pretty comfortable.)
There isn’t a lot of insulation between the floors. This condo is a first level and when the owners of the condo upstairs showed up at the end of our stay, they woke us up several times. They had small children and I get it( I’m a mom and a career nanny) but it’s important to be conscientious of others below you and the times if day. 6:30 in the morning is not a time to be letting someone run through the house regardless. Just be prepared.
We had sound machines with us which helped at night so bring those to be safe!
But overall, we still give this a five star rating.
Everything was incredibly clean and orderly.
Our host Shawn was super nice and friendly ….amazing to work with. He quick to respond to all our questions and needs. He really knows what he’s doing and made everything about preparing and checking out that much smoother.
We loved our time there and will be back. It was the first time at the beach as a family. We made many memories there that we will hold dear.

We have been to Ocean Isles a few times and always enjoyed it. The condo was great. Well furnished, appliances were up to date. We only had to bring sheets and towels and of course food. There was plenty of kitchen needs, it had 2 coffee machines a kureg and a drip machine. It was very comfortable, roomy and 2 bed rooms. I would recommend this condo. If we go again next year I will try and get this place.

The condo owner was excellent to deal with and the condo was as nice a place as you would want to stay. The condo had everything you would want or need. BUT and there is usually a BUT. We stayed in the downstairs condo and the upstairs condo was soooooo loud you could hear conversation through the floor ,to the bed swaying as people walked upstairs, the ceiling has to be the floor to the upstairs condo, to hearing the duties being done in the bathroom upstairs. During our stay there was two families that stayed in the upstairs condo and it was the same with both. One family only had one child and the other had 4. The over all stay and experience was great and if ever we was to stay at this beach again we would most likely reach out to the owner again and try and stay.

Location is on a beautiful, quiet portion of the island. It was very easy to get on and off of the island, not typical “beach traffic”.
Complex is well cared for and very nicely landscaped. The pool was always clean and a nice break from the ocean. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything you could want from a crab pot to an air fryer. It was pet friendly, and so nice for my college kids to get to have their dog with us!

My family and I love the location of this condo. It's near the end of the beach so a very peaceful stay. We also loved having a pool and the beach available for use. Well appointed and maintained.
