The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has two full beds to comfortably sleep 11. With the convenient elevator, access is easy and safer for kids and grandparents while making the dreaded unloading & loading of the family vehicle a snap. The Villa is a short stroll to the beach and includes access to tennis courts, oceanfront community pool, ocean side tiki bar, and fine dining at the Islander Resort. After a full day at the beach, pool, or exploring all Ocean Isle Beach has to offer, your family will feel right at home with a large common gathering area, a well equipped kitchen, a high chair, a pack and play, a charcoal grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Blu-ray DVD player, Netflix capable, A.C., ceiling fans, & Wi-Fi. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the helpful, thoughtful amenities provided. It was quiet, accessible, and the view was spectacular. The TV was easy to use and the shower water pressure was amazing. Our host couldn’t have been better. Overall, a completely wonderful experience!

Beautiful property with views of ocean and sound. It hen is well equipped with all we needed to accommodate 9 of us. The host, Janie, was super responsive if we had any questions. It was a 5 star stay for us!!

We had a lovely stay at Janie’s condo and hope to return. We went with our adult kids and my mom. The fact that everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms was great. The elevator made this vacay possible for my mom. We rented a golf cart and that was necessary and fun!

The property was well furnished, clean, and a great location to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Beds were wonderful with the additional foam toppers!! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the place. Having pre-stocked cases of water was awesome! As was having the high chair and the pack and play sets. We really enjoyed the week.

Clean, nicely decorated, roomy kitchen, beautiful views from huge porches. Only suggestion would be to put a dresser and television in the master bedroom.

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Owner responded almost immediately to the one question I had upon arrival. Would definitely recommend! Pool area (with restrooms) and beach access were great! The low key vibe of OIB is wonderful and relaxing!

We loved the spaciousness and coziness of this property! Allowed everyone privacy and no waiting for showers. Great dining area for eating and card games. The decor was superb. Janie was wonderful and so was her property!

I recently stayed here with my family for our annual beach trip. The condo was plenty spacious for 5 adults and 6 kiddos! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens. The location is great (pro tip: drive and park at the clubhouse for easy beach access, just don’t forget your club card!). My only feedback is the couches could use an upgrade and the beds were rock hard. Still a 5 star stay, though! Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was spectacular and the condo was very comfortable for five adults and four children. The pool and beach is a little bit of a walk, but it’s not too bad! We did rent a golf cart and that helped with getting to the beach and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the little retention pond behind the condo and loved watching the turtles and fish! The owner is very friendly and responsive, and fixed our minor issue very quickly (the A/C was exhausted and decided to stop working one morning - it was fixed within 2 hours!). I would absolutely recommend staying here! :)

I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay at Ocean Isle. Although not on the beach, you have a view of it. Plus you have a freshwater canal with ducks, turtles and fish for your viewing from the back porch! The rooms were bright and cheery and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking! I’ve already booked to come back next summer.

We had a great stay at Family Funcation! Tom the owner was super quick to respond with questions before and during our trip. Location was great. Beach access across the street or you can load up everything and drive 1/4 mile down to the beach club that has super easy beach access/restrooms/food & drink. House is fully equipped with anything you might need. We had 4 teens & 4 adults and it was perfect. Great deck for catching the sunrise and an awesome evening breeze. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare meals . Restaurants/shops within a 1 1/2 miles of the house. House was very clean and check-in/out was super easy!

The property is gorgeous! We had views of the inlet and the ocean and our own little pond out back that was full of turtles, fish, and ducks. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife. The house itself is very well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and comfortable and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! A short trip to the pool and beach was perfect for us. This was a great vacation spot!

This was our second time at this property and there are plenty reasons why we'll be back again next year. Location, 4 beds & 4 full baths, deck space front and back and the view!! Probably one of the best views on the island off the back deck. All you need to have an awesome vacation. The owners are great with communication and make sure you have a great stay. Clean & quiet and an ocean front pool to enjoy as well. Everything you need and more !! Don't hesitate to book !!

We cannot say enough good things about the property and the property owners. We have stayed in these villas previously, and this one in particular exceeded our expectations. It was spotless upon arrival, beautifully decorated and the view could not have been better - you can see the sound, the ocean and the sweetest turtles in the pond below. The owners were extremely responsive and very personable, which goes a long way with our family! We will definitely be booking our next stay at this property!

My birthday trip was simply amazing. This condo met all of our needs and more. We cannot be more grateful for a perfect trip with a perfect home. Everything we needed was in close walking or driving distance. The home was well kept and exceeded our expectations.

We had a group of 3 couples (early 30’s) and there was more than enough space. The rooms were large, each with their own bathroom, and the back deck offered plenty of room to hangout. The condo was clean and bright and beds were very comfortable. There was not enough toiletries supplied however. All of the bathrooms had about a half of a roll of toilet paper and less than a half of a bottle of hand soap (which during this pandemic was questionable bc it was clearly left from the previous guests). There were also no cleaning supplies for guests to use. We had to buy dish soap, hand soap, paper towel, Lysol wipes, and toilet paper in addition to our groceries. Also, if you and your guests are looking for a place to let loose, play music, and get a little loud then this is NOT the place for you. It does say no parties/events in the listing but it was only our 6 guests playing music and laughing and just having a good time and we got a noise complaint at 9:45 pm on a Friday night! I mean come on. If you’re looking for a place to just relax this is definitely it, but otherwise I would suggest somewhere else.
