This charming 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, beach front condo overlooking the pool and ocean is perfect for your next vacation. Beach D-ehs is a first-floor condo and is just seconds from the beach on the beautiful East end of Ocean Isle Beach. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. The second full bathroom accessible from the main hallway from the living room has a shower/tub combo. Beach D-ehs has an open concept floorplan and is a traditionally styled home with hardwood floors and coastal themes throughout. The living room has a sofa, an armchair, and a comfy recliner for everyone to gather together around a flat-screen TV. Or you can catch up on your correspondence at the beautifully crafted rolltop desk. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 3, and offers a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, mixer, and blender for guests to use during their stay. The natural wood tone cabinets go all the way to the ceiling and provide plenty of storage. At the back of the kitchen, there is an additional cabinet for food storage and also a door for the 2nd patio. Gather around the dining table which seats 6 for a meal together or card games after a day at the beach and pool. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves from the front patio. Located under the condo is guest storage with plenty of room for all your beach and pool day necessities. There is a community charcoal grill and picnic area located behind the unit for all to enjoy. Parking is limited and only 1 space is assigned to this home. There are 2 extra spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis in the same lot. There is overflow parking allowed in the lot located behind the complex on East 3rd Street. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason. *Please note this condo is built on stilts and you have to walk stairs to access the main floor (there is no elevator)* In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $150 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring: Bath Soaps/Shampoo/Conditioner Toothpaste Condiments/Seasoning Toilet paper Paper Towels Suntan Lotion/Sunblock Clothes Hangers Garbage Bags Laundry Detergent Dish Washer Detergent Beach Towels

The condo was extremely clean. Rob was ready and available to anwser any questions. The condo had everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing time. The pool was a great plus and being right by the water was hands down amazing! Thank you!

Needs bigger master bed and easier tv choices,but perfect other those things!!If we come again and we just might we would have to get a top floor bc the stomping from the guest above was almost unbearable when we were home and didn’t stop until very late!!But it was worth coming and would come again!!

This location was perfect. Almost ocean front , but no one between us and the ocean view Condo was clean and decorated nicely with beach theme and positive vibes. Every possible need was supplied, inside and out, even beach chairs and umbrella. Check in and out easy and secure. Thank you!

I was very pleased with this condo. You can see the ocean from the front porch! Easy beach access. My sister and I had a relaxing time. Condo has everything we needed. I highly recommend.

The beachhouses sat at the end of the island and our unit was pointed directly towards the ocean. The place was beautiful. The only issue we had was since we were staying off season, there was an upcharge for sheets and towels. Which we declined and brought our own since we drove down. The other thing my wife immediately noticed was 2 dead palmetto bugs on the floor. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to weather issues. Next time we visit, we hope to stay again

This condo is the perfect size for 2-4 people. Super easy beach access and perfectly equipped for a short weekend or extended stay. Everything was incredibly clean also. Highly recommended! Thank you!

This location was the best. Quiet end of beach. Condo was great. Beds were a tad high so I had to climb in. Lol. Short people struggles. Keypad didn’t work but there were backup keys so no issue. Would definitely stay here again.
