Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive house for $704 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come relax and enjoy your stay at this beautifully decorated 5BR house with 5.5 baths. Ocean views from both back decks and the sound of beach waves in the background are included for free. The ocean and marsh views will leave you breathless! This professionally decorated house includes upgraded furnishings and is loaded with amenities to make your beach vacation sensational. The large open living and dining area is the perfect gathering place to enjoy the company of family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Dining seats 12-14 comfortably. The Kitchen, Living Room, and 1 Master Bedroom are located on the upper level with ocean views. The open Living area has smart TV with surround sound. The Bluetooth receiver allows you to listen to your favorite songs as you drink a cocktail. The living room area has a gas fireplace. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with a shower. All beds have high-end mattresses guaranteeing you a good night’s rest in ultimate comfort. The house includes 3 King Master Suites, and two separately controlled zones for Central air and heat. The laundry closet consists of a Whirlpool high capacity washer/dryer. The new pool was installed in 2019 and has bench seating to make it easy to relax. The pool is surrounded by stamped concrete and is big enough to easily accommodate the entire family. An umbrella and pool lounge chairs are provided. A swing for an infant is available in the pool area. The enclosed backyard and pool area will beckon you to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax on the colorful lounge chairs. An outside shower is conveniently located by the pool area so you can quickly remove the sand from your toes before you enter the house or the pool. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a stainless-steel Weber grill (gas provided) is available for your culinary pursuits. There is an additional refrigerator located on the pool level for your beverages and grilling foods saving countless steps up to the main kitchen on the second level. While vacationing in this home you will have lots of options on how to spend your days; the beach is only a few steps away or relax by the pool. What to do first will be the hardest decision you make all week! Additional amenities include: Cable TVs in all bedrooms, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Central Heat & Air, Gas Log Fireplace in the Living Room, and wireless internet access with 1 GB download speed. Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 King, 1 King, 1 Double & 1 Bunk, 1 Queen & Bunk. For extra sleeping: 1 roll away bed and a pull out sofa sleeper on the top floor. *Pool can be heated upon request for an extra daily fee. Rates vary based on the time of year but ranges between $60 to $80 per day. Nonsmoking. No Pets Allowed. Must be 25+ to book. NOTE: Linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are not included but can be rented from several different local companies. Wonderful house for our adult group of family and friends. We all made it a great vacation even though we had a tropical storm! House was roomy enough, well stocked kitchen and large areas for games ! Mike was very communicative, prompt and gracious. Hope to return !

We had a marvelous time in this beautiful house. Love it that each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. It would be nice to have shower massages in the bathrooms for easier rinsing. Also, we ran out of hot water quickly when we were trying to shower after coming back from the beach. Plenty of room for all to sit and eat. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was large enough for all of us (15). Having an outside fridg was a plus. Very short walk to the beach. The living and dining areas were spacious and the furniture comfortable! The beds were very comfortable too. We loved our stay and Mike was the best host ever! So accommodating! Thank you Mike for a wonderful week. Your home is just awesome.

Our group of 9 rarely gets everybody together, and this house was the perfect place for us to make memories :) We’ll always remember this trip as the one that our friends got engaged. The pastries were a great touch to a very clean house. Playing games late at night on the big TV, sitting under the umbrella in the pool, eating dinner together at the big table outside, reading on the balcony when we got sick of each other, and the short walk to the beach all made for the perfect vacation spot :)

This is a great house for a group of multiple families! With the three king master bedrooms, all the adults have a nice place to stay. The house was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed. The second refrigerator down by the pool was an added bonus! And of course, you can’t beat the location! We will definitely rent here again.

Incredible property. Cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at. Communications with owner have been top notch. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Our whole group would hands down rent this property again.

This property was amazing!! We loved the location, heated pool, the views and overall comfort of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach access was close. We enjoyed everything about the house! Mike was wonderful and responded promptly to any questions. The treats upon arrival were a great bonus. Most certainly recommend this place! Let me start off by saying Mike (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. Any questions were answered promptly both before and during our stay. So if you are looking for a place to vacation for the whole family this is it. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children between the ages of 3 & 7. Plenty of space to spread out, enough comfortable seating so everyone had a place to sit in the spacious den. Big kitchen, no one was on top of each other while preparing meals. Everyone could sit at the dining table for meals. All of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and having private baths for each was a plus in my book.
The whole house inside and out is very well maintained and the pool in the backyard was a welcome plus on the day we didn’t want to take the very short walk to the beach. Even a gas grill and fridge are out by the pool. No running up and down stairs to get a cool drink😊.
I could go on and on about this property but I won’t. I will just say this in closing….this was the best vacation ever for our family and a lot of that was due to Mike and his hospitality. So if you’re looking for a place to stay on Ocean Isle don’t hesitate to choose this house…..go on, do it! You won’t regret it. Thanks again Mike!

Just spent an amazing week at this wonderful home. Mike, our host, was very attentive and available. We spent hours in the pool with all the pool toys and made the short walk to the beach every day. Kitchen well stocked for adults and kids. Beds very comfortable with room darkening curtains. Loved being able to see the ocean from the decks. Short drive to mini-golf, ice-cream, and restaurants. All in all, a perfect week at the beach!

We visited this home with our family of 10 and had a blast. The 3 king masters and two bunk rooms were perfect for our family and allowed everyone to have big sleeps after long days at the beach! Kitchen was well stocked and you can hear and see the ocean from the deck, we hope to return soon!

We had a great week long stay at this property! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns we had. The house has a great layout with plenty of room in the common areas to accommodate a large group of people for meals and fellowship. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there is even an extra refrigerator down next to the pool that came in clutch when trying to keep drinks cold. The pool was amazing. We spent many of our days just floating in the pool. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was definitely a plus as well! We easily parked 5 cars in the driveway and still had plenty of room to play cornhole. (Just a simple FYI - for future beachgoers - the City of Ocean Isle Beach only allows umbrellas with one pole or the Shibumi shades on the beach. We had purchased a Cool Cabana for the beach and was not allowed to use it.) We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the house and really enjoyed our time by the ocean and the pool. Perfect multi family getaway
We stayed here for our kids spring break. We had plenty of room for two families and the heated pool was a big hit with the kids since the ocean was too cold for swimming. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner extremely easy to communicate within any questions and they had yummy cookies, pastries, and muffins waiting for us when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped!
