This second row beautiful home, with excellent access to the beach in a quiet location featuring multi-level floor plan, is beautifully furnished and equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and ocean view. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 55” Smart TV with cable, gas grill with gas provided. ACCOMMODATES 16. Master suite: (1) queen, Bedroom 2: (2) Bunk beds (4 beds total), Bedroom 3: (1) queen, Bedrooms 4 & 5: (2) double beds. Please note that linens are not included. There are several local linen rental agencies in the area. Heaven Scent, Luxury Linens and Angie's Linen Service are three of the most highly recommended options.

Our extended family of 13 stayed at OIB for the first time. This house was perfect for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and we loved the separation of bedrooms. Only downside was a lot of stairs (indoor and outdoor) for our less mobile older adults. Kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans, seasonings, etc. All bathrooms had rugs, hand soaps. We loved the ocean view, spacious porches, and close proximity to the beach. We rented 2 bikes for the week and our kids loved riding to the park area for basketball and activities. Outdoor shower, gas grill included and outdoor refrigerator were huge bonuses that we loved! Communication with the host was seamless. Easy parking for 5 cars. We are already looking at booking for next year.

It is a lovely house. We were steps away from the beach. The view from the porch was great. The house was clean. Communicate with the host was easy. There was ample parking. We were very pleased with it all. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for beach access. Awesome loveseat recliner in common area. Adequate bedroom sizes. The split levels add to attractiveness. The bedrooms TV’s are very small for comfortable viewing. Owner very easy to communicate with and receptive to feedback. Overall very nice property and location.
