There was a bit of confusion between staff and online booking third party but that is literally the only complaint

I loved everything. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. My kids had a great time.
There were not enough towels stocked in the pool. The pool is between two hotels, and only one hotel supplies the towels. So there was a large shortage of towels in the pool which lead to us using our room towels.

Location was perfect.
Bedding wasn’t changed. One of the towels was dirty and there was a fowl smell.
