In short, this is the place I’d stay when traveling to Gillette, Wy.

The breakfast was great and hot and warm each morning we had it. The pool was fun and overall a great place to stay. Will be back again!

Not too much I can say I didn’t like, but I don’t complain much so… but no complaints at all.

We are very satisfied.

It is an excellent hotel for a budget that fits in our pocket. Clean and comfortable.

We could not change the temperature settings so we had to open the window and the curtains would not entirely be closed.

Breakfast was great-- bacon, scrambled eggs,potatoes, along with breads/bagels, biscuits and gravy, juices, oatmeal with toppings, milk and chocolate milk, 4 different cereals, and waffle maker. Best hotel breakfast along our 10 day vacation. Waterpark was fun for kids to end vacation with. Wasn't overly chlorine smell which was nice that they regulated it better than most hotels! Very accommodating as we checked in at 1 am and very friendly staff! Was worth every dollar!

The Waterpark slides need some maintenance. Ended up scraping back and legs on slide. Short window for breakfast 6-9:30.

Our room was filthy . Crackers all over the floor . Dark blue stains on the table dripped onto the carpet . And some little black specs on one of the bed sheets .

There were no bugs.

I called the hotel to confirm the waterpark was open and functional. I was told YES. This was one day prior to checking in and before booking the hotel. I booked for this specific amenity. My kids were thrilled. At check-in I was told both waterslides had been closed for refurbishing for 2 weeks. I was dumbfounded because I was given inaccurate information over the phone the day before and the employee snapped at me that he was not the one who told me that the slides were open. I was kindly offered a refund so I could stay elsewhere, but this is a semi-remote town in NE WY and it was more trouble than it was worth to find substitute lodging. The waterpark included a lazy river, which was indeed open but it had no floats, so it basically useless. Further, the workers were sanding the interior of the slides and dust was wafting into the pool area via the slides and coating the water. A larger-than-average hold charge was placed on my credit card that did not drop off for over 10 days. We had stayed in many hotels over 2 weeks and had the large hold charge for only this specific hotel, and this hotel was the only negative hotel experience of our entire trip. Options were few, though, in Gilette, and had the water slides actually been open as expected, our stay would have most likely been a highlight for my kids on that long day of driving, rather than the disappointment it turned out to be. The unapologetic and blatant dishonesty is what ruined our stay at this place.

Lady checking in was pleasant. Breakfast was one of the best for being complementary.

Lighting in the bathroom, room 320 flickers, to where it goes black, maybe an electrical issue? Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work.

as I’m well aware this town is full of working people from rigs to the cole mine, loved that it was quiet room was clean

I loved that my daughter was able to swim even though we got in late

I loved that they sent a text reminding me that check out was at noon and gave me the option to text them when we where leaving and emailed my invoice to me very helpful

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in quite some time.

I’ve spent most of my adult life in hotel management. I’m picky and check everything. I enjoyed every aspect of this property. staff was excellent. room was spotless. breakfast was excellent with tons of different options to choose from. My daughter loved the water park. I’ll definitely stay at this property when I’m in Gillette.
