This was by far, one of the best hotels I've stayed at in quite some time! Not only clean, comfortable and quiet (especially considering how full it was), but the breakfast buffet was also exceptional. I'm a pretty persnickety (my wife's term) guy when it comes to hotel breakfasts. Most are just carbs and sugar, so I tend to say no thanks. Not so here. Actual eggs and real bacon! I SAT down and enjoyed the meal before hitting the road again.
And huge kudos to the woman who was responsible for the breakfast area. She did an amazing job of keeping it clean. (You know how "neat" a couple dozen people can be who are not in their own homes🙄) She was constantly wiping down counters, keeping things stocked and organized, even using a different cloth to clean the trash can! Wow! Just wow!

Our stay was wonderful, staff friendly and helpful, facility clean and up to dat, beds comfortable and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and was very good value for money.

No one at reception. I finally followed the voices in the hall and found the receptionist.
We went in and out two more times that afternoon and there was no one at the counter. The last time we actually saw her outside visiting with a car that had pulled in and parked in from by.
Lightning very low in the room. Microwave so low in a built-in that you had to get on your knees to see the buttons. Toilets are very low for such a new hotel. We won’t stay again…

Everything here was superb, from the front desk clerk, to the cookies by that desk, to a spacious room, large, clean bathroom and a hearty, hot breakfast. It was our best hotel in a week of travel!

The rooms were very nice the staff at the front and the maids were very kind however i was disappointed when me and my daughter bought her service dogs through the food line and we're told we could not have them in there

We’ve enjoyed our stays each time we stay at the La Quinta. This time we were able to get a suite so we had lots of room. The only thing I would suggest I would make it any better is a little larger TV so you could see it better from the couch, but other than that everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Overall, it was ok.
We got locked out of our room at 10pm due to a lock failure and was moved to another room. The only thing I have to say is the next day, there was an extra charge on the credit card of over 80$ and they said it was only a hold but never got reimbursed for it. I hope this gets resolved soon. I have reached out to the hotel but haven't had a response yet!!! I was dealing with Robert that night.

I chose LaQuinta due to excellent reviews and location. It did not disappoint! The establishment was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was amazingly kind and the breakfasts were amazing!

The property was updated and very clean, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of warm filling food to choose.

This was a convenient place to stop on our road trip. We enjoyed our stay because check in was quick, the place was clean and comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was tasty. I did note the lack of gluten-free options for me. Other hotels keep single serve items on hand for such dietary needs, such as bagels or muffins. However, I was still able to eat the eggs and sausage just fine.

On your website it said there was a hot tub, they said it was being fixed, it wasn’t and we were there for 3 days. We received a wake up call at 2:00 AM twice it’s very hard to get back to sleep. They said they cleaned our room, they didn’t and we had to request towels. I booked this hotel based on your 9.4 rating and I do not complain or usually do reviews but I was very disappointed and will not stay here again and I will tell my family/ friends the same. We have family who live in Gillette so we do travel there yearly.

The biggest issue was the pet fee, online it says free abd even on-site signage says pets stay free but we were charged a $25 fee. The staff said the management won’t remove the free signage but msjrs them charge the fee.

Cheap cheap in construction poor water pressure. Thin walls to noisy uncomfortable bed and furnishings. Will never stay here again or recommend it!!!
