Beautiful, spacious and comfortable accommodation with a huge garden. We loved relaxing in the garden, watching the squirrels and birds!
Close to a big Sainsbury's and close to Exeter.
Holden is a massive forest park nearby - we went here everyday for long walks (The views are stunning. It also has GoApe, paid parking, toilets and a cafe).
My child and husband loved the pool and were very sad when we had to leave.
The hosts were very kind and allowed my child to borrow their pool toys and use their trampoline. They also allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which was greatly appreciated.
The mattress in the main bedroom needs to be updated soon; it was a bit dippy.
The other beds were very comfy though.

The property was huge. The pool and facilities were clean . We had all the amenities we needed. The property is close to the M5 motorway. It’s a quiet place to sleep. The family living next door are friendly and respectful.
There is no air conditioning like most other properties in the UK.

Great accomodation with access to a large swimming pool which we had exclusive use of. Took two children who were thoroughly entertained with swimming pool, trampoline, electric piano and a pool table in the summer house.
Large accomodation with attention to detail. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and very clean.
Sometimes a bit noisy from the traffic nearby.
