Staff were super friendly.
The room was clean, comfortable and cool.
Breakfast was very good too.
A 30 second walk to the closest beach which is brilliant for a walk.
A 5minute (max) ride to the main mirissa beach strip.
Who i assume was the owner spoke with us and made us very welcome. He explained we were the only guests there at the time and I was very shocked as the hotel was brilliant.
The pool was clean and well maintained.
Pool towels supplied too!
To be very picky, it would be great to have some drinks on display to purchase. Perhaps in the fridge behind the breakfast bar. Soft drinks, beer etc.

Swimming pool and grounds were very good and clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Staff were generally helpful, albeit a bit clueless in places. Playing loud club music at breakfast and ask to change the genre and they just lowered it down.
Breakfasts if you wanted more than continental you had to request the night before and they never reached out to you to ask. Despite them having an active WhatsApp asking you wanted treatments etc. The treatment room was not generally good as a spa, bright light, no relaxing music, windows and doors open straight into the swimming pool area. Not setting a relaxing environment. For treatments they are done by a man and therefore you may feel uncomfortable.
The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and the pillows weren't comfortable at all.
They need to add a section on the beach which is maintained as a peaceful alternative to mirissa. Right now, only towels provided.
They only need to change a few things and then this place lives up to expectations.
