One of the best hotel in Mirissa. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and attentive. We booked sea-view room with balcony. The Room was spacious, clean and well-decorated. Because it was off-season, the place had very few tourists and the hotel had very few guests. So, we were lucky to get two rooms on the top floor. And guess what? the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. They provide buffet breakfast but if there is less guests they sometimes provide a-la-carte menu. Mirissa sea beach is just a minute walk from the hotel. Also there is a very clean pool in front of the hotel. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I like the pool and the calm vibe of the location not just that the service from the staff was superb . They were really friendly and helpful.

Reception staff friendly it was having a good , clean, big swimming pool the room were having a clean fridge
Housekeeping staff response time was not
Good . washroom doors were jammed and without lock and not rating as a 4 star hotel room not prepared as per standard the ac router was in hallway because of this there was excessive heat and not good
