Everything was great- they have a cute dog, the family that runs the place is super sweet. Very well located between Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock. Beautiful view and rooms, with beaches all around.
The only negative although I would not call it that is that their food menu isn't extensive but there are several places within walking distance for food and drinks

We had such a nice stay in this hotel. I would specially highlight the staff at the hotel. Honorine at the front desk was really friendly and helpful answering all our questions. Everyone working there is really attentive and nice.
The hotel is located on the beach, it has a really nice swimming pool and beautiful views from the room.
Monkeys can pass by, but what can you do about it :)

Very friendly and polite staff. Very good and generous breakfasts. Close to the beach, with hotel loungers right on the sand. This is the only place in the area with black volcanic sand, and in the morning, turtles swim nearby. The location is literally between local attractions — Coconut Hill and Parrot Rock.
A cockroach in one of the rooms. Unattractive, uneven ceiling panels that give a neglected feeling. Broken tiles on the balcony. Very basic furnishings.
