Perfect location . On the beach with a 5 minute walk to coconut tree hill and 10 minute walk along the beach to main Mirissa beach with lots of restaurants and bars along the way. Lovely pool with beautiful view. Bed was very comfortable

Brilliant sea view from the bedroom and breakfast area. Huge window on the room facing the sea.
Nice pool overlooking the sea.
Breakfast was fine, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice. Eggs every day or Sri Lankan breakfast to order the night before.
Comfortable bed, clean room and very helpful friendly staff.
There’s no actual beach in front of the hotel as the sea comes over the steps the majority of the time so you can’t access the beach from the hotel.
The towels in the room were very old and worn and the ones used for the pool were actually horrible. They had started out life as blue and white stripes but are now greyish brown and covered in unpleasant stains. Yuk. Due to the antics of the American president the hotel was pretty empty so no excuse for no fresh towels!
The toiletries were harsh and I’m guessing the cheapest.
There is no bar or restaurant area, which is sad as it’s so beautiful by the sea. There are some formal tables but no effort has been made to make it pleasant to sit at.
The hotel is VERY overpriced for what is offered, we moved to another beach front of a similar standard for considerably less.

The room and bathroom were large and clean, A/C was very good.
It was too far away from the town and not much around the hotel to walk to. Little to no shade around the pool.
