We had a wonderful stay at Somerset Mirissa Beach. The hotel is in an excellent beachfront location with beautiful ocean views and easy access to Mirissa’s main attractions. Our room was spacious, spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mirissa.

Lovely room, lovely view from the sea view room. For the price, everything is amazing. It’s around a 5 minute walk to the beach and to other restaurants nearby. Lovely service from everyone.

Good location, a 10 minute walk from Mirissa Beach. Excellent stay if you enjoy living with lizards and bugs.
Found 2 lizards and a random big insect in our room during our 3-day stay. When my husband informed the management that there were lizards in our room, he shrugged and said "this is normal in Sri Lanka." I understand that, but we've stayed in over 5 hotels all over Sri Lanka and never had bugs and insects inside our rooms. Also had tiny insects on the bed. My husband killed the lizards himself and asked the hotel team for clean up, they brought a broom and just swept the dead lizard away. No proper cleaning, did not disinfect the area or anything. Very uncomfortable experience. Also, water was leaking from the bathroom into our room.
