Location.
The price for the product is way out of balance
Very noisy most of the night from loud bands at the hotel and later close by.
Seaview room is sea glimpse through trees, main view a very unkept roof and concrete platform
Room maintenance, rooms are old which is ok if you don’t charge a ridiculous price for them.
No hot water in our room.
I couldn’t checkout until the receptionist had run up to my room to “check if I had damaged it ! Really !
