The hotel location is good, and the pool and outdoor seating area are beautiful. However, the rooms need some improvement.
On our first day, we ordered grilled chicken, cordon bleu, and a salad for lunch.
After 40 minutes, only the salad was served. Then, after 1 hour and 12 minutes — and after following up several times on the order — the food finally arrived. The grilled chicken was not actually grilled and was undercooked, as if it had been boiled in water and was old. The cordon bleu was full of oil, and the French fries were overcooked, oily, and tasted old as well.
When we spoke with the manager and asked to cancel the order, no action was taken, and we were still asked to pay the full bill.
After check-out, when I asked for all my bills, I found that I was charged for the drinks and salade , At the very least, when the manager receives such a complaint, he should take proper action, remove the charges, and handle the situation professionally.
And the Wi-Fi in the rooms was very slow, and the electricity kept cutting off all the time.
