We were warmly welcomed by Mr.Ken at the front desk. He was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. He made a great first impression!
The hotel had a great location, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.
Unfortunately, the room setup and overall experience did not meet our expectations for a hotel like Conrad. We specifically booked a package that included a $100 food and beverage credit, expecting to enjoy a quality dining experience. However, the restaurants where the credit could be used had extremely high prices, making it very difficult to get any real value from the credit.
We felt that this was a disappointing sales policy, especially for a luxury hotel brand like Conrad. As first-time visitors to Las Vegas, we expected the level of hospitality, dining quality, and customer satisfaction that we have experienced or would expect from other Conrad properties. Unfortunately, neither the food quality nor the service at the participating restaurants justified the prices.
The only basic amenities provided were cotton swabs, cotton pads, and shampoo in wall-mounted dispensers. There was no complimentary water, tea, or coffee.
The carpets in both the hallways and the room looked visibly worn and stained, with signs of long-term dirt and inadequate deep cleaning.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and fell short of the standards we associate with the Conrad name.

I loved that it was close to the strip but not on the strip. A classier crowd for sure.
It was fantastic- nothing bad to say at all!
