The cleanliness of the property
Customer service was mid level at best. Unfortunately we had a problem with reservations. Although this problem was "solved" I believe it could have been achieved with more hospitality.

We were told at check-in that the view of downtown was quieter than the view of the strip. It was quiet! The hotel/resort was beautiful with options for multiple pools, casino's and restaurants. The service was excellent and plenty of restaurants to choose from! You don't have to leave the premises!
If you want to store your own drinks you can't put them in the fridge because it is filled with the mini bar options! Which is nice but expensive! So it depends on what you are looking for.... we decided to spend money in the restaurants and bars and casino's, not in the room.

The room we were given was in a vastly different area to where we wanted to be. We were put in the sister hotel when the Booking.com listing did not make that clear as a choice. Also we argued on this and to no help.
The booking.com listing incorrect and the room did not have a skyline view of Las Vegas
The staff that did not help when we first arrived tired and wanting to go to a room
