The proximity to Roma Termini is a major advantage, both for arriving from the airport and for convenient onward travel during the rest of the trip.
- We were not warmly welcomed upon arrival and were not properly introduced to the facilities. Since then, the host has been largely unavailable. Fortunately, a very friendly Brazilian staff member helped make the overall service experience better.
* The breakfast offers a very limited selection of food. I particularly missed having fresh fruit available.
* There are a number of homeless people in the surrounding area, which can create a feeling of insecurity, especially at certain times of the day.

Breakfast had a good selection on offer. Waitress was very helpful and friendly.
Shower was terrible kept going from very hot to cold very hard to regulate and very cramped.
