About this villa rental
A spacious (140 m² property on a 9,000 m² plot) country house near Alcudia in northern Majorca, the Villa Cifre Alcudia consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore up to accommodate 8 adults and 2 babies. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television and a fireplace. A cot and a highchair are available upon request. Outside, there is a private pool, garden, terrace with both open and uncovered areas, as well as a grill, whirlpool and ping pong table. The nearest supermarket is located in Port d’Alcudia, which is 6 minutes (5km) drive away. The nearest beach is the Platja d’Alcudia, which is also situated in Port d’Alcudia, along with many other shops, restaurants and bars along the coastline and is 8 minutes (6km) away by car. Majorca’s airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is 45 minutes (60km) drive away.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.

Pros: großer Garten, Pool + Whirlpool, Außenküche, Zitronenbäume, frische Hühnereier von der Nachbarin
Cons: Boden des Pools dürfte einmal in der Urlaubswoche abgesaugt werden

Pros: Die Lage der Finca ist super, unweit der Schnellstraße zwischen Palma & Alcudia. In Alcudia ist man in 6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was uns gut gefallen hat! Es war alles da, was man braucht: mehrfache Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, ein Grill, ein schöner großer Pool und natürlich der Whirlpool. Es war eine traumhafte Woche für uns.
