About this house rental
Located in Door County, this attractive house for $263 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Kendall Park A comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on the quiet side of Door County. Located in downtown Bailey's Harbor and one block in from the main street. This house is within walking distance to the Marina, The Ridges Environmental Center, Door County Brewery, Harbor Fish Market & Grille, Chives Restaurant, Bailey's 57, Anclam Beach, shops, and all that Bailey's has to offer. Yet the home offers privacy in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located across from Kendall Park which is fun for the kids and convenient for the Sunday Farmers Market. The house was built in 1950 as a 3-bedroom, 1-bath home. In 1973 it received a major remodel which included a great room with a stone fireplace, and a master bedroom with a bath. Except for a few makeovers here and there, it remained that way for 46 years. It recently underwent a significant transformation. The house has been renovated using repurposed materials from industrial buildings and barns from around Wisconsin as well as Amish-made cabinets and furniture. The family room and the kitchen is generally one large area which is perfect for families. It has a stone, floor-to-ceiling fireplace surrounded by a comfortable seating area. There is a huge bar height table in front of a backlit timber and cream city brick wall with a coffee bar and sink. Patio doors lead to a private, spacious deck with ample seating and a gas fire table and grill. The kitchen overlooking the family room is set up with everything you need to enjoy family meals at home if you choose. On the other side of the house, down the hall, is where you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin-XL bed along with a closet. Both bedrooms share the main bath at the end of the hall. It is a full bath with a shower over the tub. Additionally, the master bedroom walk in closet has been converted into a laundry area with washer and dryer for guests to use. Bailey's Harbor is the perfect location in Door County! This was a great home and was everything we had hoped it would be. Very clean, all modern amenities in kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Easy access with keypad entry. Great location. Found Bailey’s Harbor to be pleasantly quiet and not touristy with shops. Rather, the Cornerstone Pub a block away had a great atmosphere and great food. Blue Ox and Sway brewery/coffee shop each a few blocks away were also great. And dinner at Chives yummy. But also easy drives to all the towns on the bay side. Walk out to the dock to look at stars was wonderful. Highly recommend! If I’m ever back in DC, I’ll definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well maintained and well stocked! Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars in town. The location is also great for exploring other parts of Door County. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

It was exactly what we wanted. There was enough space for us all. (Four adults and three children). Great location. We could walk to shops, beach and the harbor. We also enjoyed seating on the deck and listening to the birds.

We rented for a quick 3 night stay for grandma, aunt, me and my two daughters (16 & 19). Enjoyed the home very much - clean, nicely updated, comfy beds etc. The tall dining table was the perfect place to play games at night. I think it would be a great place to stay in the fall and winter too because it has a fire place and would be very cozy to tuck into during the snowy season. Highly recommend!

The place was exactly as pictured. It was close to downtown baily's harbor where there are lots of restaurants, close to beach, and has live music to enjoy. It was also close to everything. The house had a large yard and plenty of parking on the property and street. My family and I enjoyed the place and would definitely consider jt again in the future.

We have been to Door County several years ago. This was our first time to stay in Baileys Harbor. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 little people. The location was convenient to everything. Our favorite outing was the ferry ride to Washington Island and Schoolhouse beach. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Everything was just as pictured, if not better! Plenty of room for everyone and the kids had a great time playing at the playground directly across the street. The dining room table was plenty big to accommodate our party of 7. Was the perfect vacation house for relaxing at night in front of the fire and reading a good book. This was our first trip to Door County and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location was perfect to easily get anywhere we wanted in Door County yet it was nice and quiet where we were. We could tell the house had been updated in the past couple of years as it had a ton of modern amenities. It was perfect for our family of four and there would have been plenty of room for more people if needed. If we come back to Door County again we will definitely look at this place to stay again.

We visit Door County multiple times a year & always for our anniversary in the fall. This year another couple joined us for our 12th anniversary. This house was great! Walking distance to many of our fav places: Door Counting brewing co, Heirloom, Bearded Heart, Chives & more! This was in the heart of Baileys Harbor. Very well-stocked. We eat out when we visit DC but it would have everything you need to cook all your meals. Great game table & fireplace to enjoy the evenings. Lots of cozy blankets tucked in every room. Well stocked coffee bar (just bring your fav blend). This place was better than the photos & im hoping to book again next year!

The place was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture and bed. Lots of room. There was only two of us but there would be more than enough room for 3 couples. If you don’t mind being a couple blocks from the water this place is for you.

This property was a dream come true. We loved how the main room had been redone with the reclaimed wood. The kitchen was wonderful, and I wished that I could have brought it home with me. There were Watkins' spices for guests to use--I also use Watkins' spices, so I felt at home. The newly renovated main bathroom was great. On our next trip to Door County, we would stay there again.

This property was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. We had a regular location we've stayed in the last 4 years but due to circumstances beyond our control had to look for another option. This one popped up and it was great for all 6 adults and 2 very small children. Love the vicinity to the park and marina. Great walking around town and being able to leave our car parked at the house. Everything was immaculately cleaned and well stocked. We couldn't believe how many options were available in the kitchen as we did a ton of family meals and gathering around the beautiful reclaimed wood table. The beds are handmade with headboards out of old doors, so cool. Honestly our only (slight) complaint was that one of the bedroom fans only has one speed.

This home is outstanding! Has a great location and is close to everything in Door County. We have rented many homes for our vacations and this one was by far the best stocked home. Communication was outstanding. We hope to be back next year but for a longer time!

Bailey's Harbor Gem!
This property was updated, clean and a great location. It was a very, very short walk to the main street in Bailey's Harbor. There was plenty of living and sleeping space for our entire family of 5 (and we could have fit more). The patio was nice with plenty of seating. The updated master bath and large shower was a plus. There was also plenty of seating in the family/kitchen area with a cute coffee bar area. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I'd highly recommend and we would love to return!

Very well appointed home with comfortable beds and living room furniture that was high enough for us seniors. Location is terrific. Beautiful back deck. My only comment would be that the two tables for eating are at bar height with very high stools that were difficult for us to use. Otherwise the best property ever!

This property is just as described! It was a perfect fit for our sisters weekend away. The house is lovely and the back deck is wonderful. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to all that Bailey’s Harbor has to offer and is about 15 minutes from everything else Door County. We will definitely book this location again when we come back to DoCo!

The Perfect Stay
We LOVED this house!! The location was phenomenal, directly across from the Marina and a park, and around the corner from coffee shops and the brewery. The house was super comfortable (nice beds, hot shower) and great for our families to gather. The breakfast bar was a favorite, and the deck at night was spectacular under the stars. Patrick was an excellent host and we will definitely try to book this house again in the future!! FIVE STARS!!

Amazing Location - Perfect Stay
Our family stayed here at the end of June 2022. The house was in a great location which was walkable to almost everything in bailey's harbor and a short drive(20 min or less) to sister bay, fish creek and egg harbor. The house had plenty of room for all four of us and had everything needed for our trip. The owner has the house setup very well that most common concerns are anticipated and anything you need to bring on your own is well communicated before check-in.
I would strongly recommend this house & location looking to visit Door County and be able to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
