The old stone house, with nicely renovated interior and was spacious enough for our family of 5. The public parking is located literally in 2 min walking distance from the house, which is convenient considering the difficulty with parking in every old island’s towns.
The furniture was good enough and the interior is genuinely cozy.
However, the interior requires some maintenance and attention. And there’re some other things to improve. About it - below.
The biggest issue for us was surprisingly the absence of the second set of sheets and towels. This was the first time in all our years in Mallorca staying in different houses. Usually at least one extra set was always available in the house. Which, I think, is a norm when you stay for more than one week. We stayed for 2 weeks and in this case 1 change of sheets and towels is a MUST ! In our view. Instead, the host suggested to us to either pay for it quite a lot or to use a washing machine… not Ok.
There were ants everywhere on the ground floor, especially in the kitchen. A lot of them. We even once found the famous Mallorcan cockroach in the kitchen. They’re quite big (7 cm), so my wife wasn’t happy ). We put a toilet paper in every hole in the kitchen floor ( there’re many) to not see cockroaches again. We haven’t. But ants were our guests during the whole stay. If you don’t like them - be aware.
The plumbing in the house requires maintenance. One of the toilets was broken ( the host said it was previous guests). There smell from the pipes in the kitchen appeared regularly. The shower hose in the bathroom was broken and taped. As I said - all that is just a question of attention and a regular maintenance.
The house located at one of the streets entering the town. As a result, it’s quite noisy with comparably busy traffic. You can close windows, but then it’ll become quite hot inside while there’s no AC in the house.

Maison bien agencée, pas de bruit, idéalement situé proche du centre ville et avec un parking gratuit à proximité car les places en centre ville sont très peu disponibles.
Seul petit détail d'amélioration pour l'été serait un rideau occultant pour la chaleur provenant de la porte vitrée d'entrée.

Beau logement, propre, bien situé.
La chaleur dans les chambres à l’étage était très difficile à gérer dans la maison en cet été caniculaire.

The house itself was very nice and location to center of Pollensa was very close just 5 minutes walk.
The property didn’t have the basic things you would find in other properties and need like shampoo, body wash in the bathroom or salt, oil, coffee, water, paper towel or even dish soap in the kitchen. If you are staying for less than one week, I think they should provide all these things. If you arrive late and all the stores are closed you won’t even have water or coffee to drink. The toilette paper they provided was only for 1 day (leftover from other guests).
The owner was not easy to contact. Before our arrival I asked the owner what was the code to get the key to access the property (that was around 1 pm) and I didn’t have the response until evening. Fortunately, my husband was able to guess it otherwise we would be outside the property with the heat for hours!! Per the owner she doesn’t get the messages through booking.com right away. I had to suggest her to communicate with me through whatsapp. I don’t know I didn’t have this problem with other property owners. Before Mallorca my family and I stayed in other five properties in London and throughout Italy and didn’t have communication problem with them and all of them provided the basic things.
Also, the property does not have air condition. The heat is bearable in the kitchen and living room but NOT in the bedrooms. Even in the days that are not so hot, the bedrooms need air condition. They also need to replace the cooking range. They fixed it on our first day but it still not working properly. We spend at least 30 minutes to turn it on.
