The staff were super helpful and attentive a friendly. Always found solutions to any issue we had getting around Vietnam and very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay.

Location-wise, it’s excellent. The bed was super comfortable, and there’s also an aesthetic café downstairs for your caffeine fix.
They also didn’t reply to messages on Booking, and housekeeping only tidied the room on the first night.

Great location walking distance to everything. Room was cute.
The room smelled moldy. The front desk guy had us sit and wait which was fine, but it had been a while while no other guest was there so I asked how long it was going to be… he wasn’t even working on our reservation he was playing a game on his phone the whole time.

I like the space of the room.
The location is good away from flood prone area and busy busy streets but close enough to walk. Staff were really nice and friendly allowed us to keep our bags after check out. Offer relatively cheap taxi ride to Da Nang.
They also have a really good cafe.
The lift had no light. So you just stand in darkness there. The pool that was advertised, was absolutely filthy it looked like a dirty pond. And that it hasn’t been maintained or cleaned for probably a year.
The biggest room the have on the very top floor is semi connected to another room so you can hear them easily.
The bathtub was filthy I had to re clean it before getting in it. A few things quite visibly dusty. A lot of things were broken to be honest. Like the blind in the toilet you can’t open them or the one on the window too.
