Service from the hotel desk could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Truly exceptional from before my flight even arrived to after I left. Great communication.
Very quiet hotel despite the lively location.
The room was small, which was fine for a solo traveller but would have preferred more room for luggage.

The hotel was fantastic, and we really have no complaints about the hotel. Meriem and Roza were excellent and made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, and even helped up arrange a taxi back to the airport after checking out, so the service was top notch. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities provided were great. The hotel is in a very convenient location - 2 minutes walk to the metro and about 10 minutes to Galata tower. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I have no complaints about the hotel itself.

Great location, quiet even though in a busy area. Clean comfortable beds, minimal furnishings. Friendly and accommodating staff at the reception.
You can still hear construction noises outside, so if you are a sensitive sleeper take a pair of earplugs. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.
It’s on the hill near Galata tower, might be challenging for guests with pushchairs or mobility issues.

Location was good
Do not book a taxi through them!! It is more expensive than a regular taxi, and it cannot pick you up at the airport. Instead, you have to walk hundreds of meters with your luggage along a poorly lit roadside outside the airport area.
A real scam!!
