Room temperature stayed consistent, clean, and bed was mostly comfortable.
The side door was not working with the key so we had to go around to load and unload and not enough luggage carts so there wasn't one to use the morning we left and also the ice machine didn't work on our floor.

Breakfast buffet great. Bailey at evening check in and another desk staff next morning were great
4 am a super loud bang shocked us right outside our room as apparently the garbage dumpster was loaded into Tue garbage truck!!! How can this possibly be allowed to happen, what is management doing!!! Unforgivable, sorry to say.

The hotel was so clean and fresh. When you walked down the hall, it smelled really good, not like some hotels that do not smell clean. The only carpet in the room was around the bed when you stepped off which we liked. The balance of the room was tiled. Hate carpet in rooms. We ate dinner in the bar and had a great dinner and drinks. Will stay again.
