Check the security of the room

Good place to stay couple of nights

Security latch on door was loose, screws were coming out of door frame. Latch on sliding window were broke, we were on the first floor.

Great location and a good value with a few drawbacks

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean, if a bit cramped. There was a noisy heat/cooling system, but the bathroom was clean and updated. Breakfast was okay - they weren't restocking with any regularity and the juice machine was out for a bit. The breakfast area is in a corner of the main lobby and only two people could be in there at any given time. It was a comfortable bed and a good value.

They need to expand the breakfast area somehow.

the rooms that they had available smelled terrible by either cigarettes or dogs. it was a very busy weekend so I understand the lack of space.

Great price and location just not great beds.

It was clean, staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were nice.

The bed was so uncomfortable that my toddler asked for extra blankets to make it softer.

Quiet, clean, restful, adequate accommodations.

Friendly staff which is important. The hotel is older and could use updating but was clean and adequate for a night’s stay. Bed & pillows comfortable.

I had stayed there before, so knew it was reliable. Can’t say I didn’t like it. Breakfast is minimal, but the great price of the room made up for that.

not a comfort stay if you need to rest

the door locked

staff was lacking. our toilet clogged and no plunger. asked the front desk she said she looked and couldn’t find one. we had to use the community bathroom located in the food area. Not very clean and beds were hard. The pillows were laughable and need to be replaced badly. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My favorite place to stay in Amarillo, Texas

Staff friendly, informative and professional. Quiet and clean but also convenient for travel. Best of all pet friendly!

Noisy heating unit turning on and off but just annoying, it worked fine.

My angels sent to m

Everything. My daughter and I have moved from motel to motel. My pipes under my foundation busted at my house and flooded everything. So we had to find a place after our 5th motel stay we came here. And when they heard about it. They did everything to give us a good deal. I was so happy it made me cry. Everyone here is so nice and respectful. I thank God every day for bringing me here.

The customer service was amazing. It was very clean. Inside and outside. The pool was well taken care off.

ok, except for the smoking smell.

The check-in was easy. The receptionist was courteous. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a bad smoking odor. Because of the smell, I would not stay here in the future.

There seem to be a homeless guy both times lurking around the hotel outside, made me wonder if the things in the car was safe or not . And it was the same one. Also the key cards do not work on the outside doors most of the time.

the hard boiled eggs where bad (spoiled) I bit into one and and instantly started throwing up and was sick for almost 24hrs as I couldn’t eat or sleep.
