Perfect for two people but needs maintainance

The balcony and the view on the 11th floor

Kitchen very small and lacking some basic things like scissors and tea towel and a roasting dish etc. 2nd bedroom too small for double bed. No small table to put drinks on if sat on the sofa. Table lamp not working as switch is faulty Worst of all is the gas hob, vicious to say the least.

spectacular view and great location, apartment needs some TLC however

the location is exceptional and the terrace & view spectacular direct access to a small beach the start of the hike of the Penon d'Ifach is just 5' away

this apartment needs a declutter, deep clean (this probably was a quite glamorous apartment in the '60s or '70s but now lacks the appropiate upkeep from the owners) and some updating (sofa, tv...no microwave next to the sofa in the living room)

The spaciousness of interior and balcony

There was a very bad smell in second bedroom which would be therefore unusable for another guest. I had to keep the door closed to stop the smell infiltrating into the rest of the apartment, I could not work out what the smell was. It was not drains, a decaying object, but was a pungeant onion type of smell but not onions. The gas cooker knobs were difficult to operate as they did not stay alight once lit. Then other times they did.. The key collection was terrible because I was given a number to call and rang from the airport, but the lady Nasly only spoke Spanish and no English so it was impossible to find out how to pick the keys up. When I finally waited outside the block a guy came on a scooter and let me in, but there were no instructions at all on how to work the heating, and cooker . This is not acceptable, especially arriving late at night, There shoukd be a better key collection and the apartment should have appliance instructions. Also there was no extra linen to change sheets. I had to wash and put sheets back on bed. Very unusual.

excellent location with very helpful staff who went above and beyond to make check in and our stay perfect

location was excellent walking distance to everything, clean tidy and comfortable.

there was only one key FOB access to the property , two would be good for a family

Absolutamente todo. Es increíble, maravilloso. No puede estar mejor ubicado, el acceso a la playa( para mí la mejor de la costa blanca ) la piscina con esas vistas. Cerca de todo. Es inmejorable. El trato del personal. Es sencillamente perfecto.
