House was clean. Bathrooms clean. Could use more pans, plates and cups in kitchen. The yard around house needed some TLC but overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Close to the dunes but would need to haul back and forth since riding the ditch there is not allowed.

This place would’ve been fine but the master bath smelled so bad of urine that we thought that there was an animal living underneath the house. Within a day i thought there was a stranger in the house when I had a mouse scratching at my bedroom door and saw the mouse run into the bathroom. I slept terrible worrying about more rodents. I knew where the urine smell was coming from, the mouse was living in the wall of the bathroom. It was also frustrating when we arrived there was only a half a roll of toilet paper for three adults. we will not be staying her again.
