Central location. Quiet at night. Staff provided excellent service. Continental breakfast had nice variety; baked goods were terrific. A steamer was available to get wrinkles out. Housekeeping refreshed the room nicely every day. The patio area was very pleasant and we used it a number of times.
Some of the queen sized rooms were small.

The property is right in the heart of Edgartown and we loved the porch, the continental breakfast which had offerings for folks who want to eat healthy! I appreciated that! They also had a fire pit in the back and with the little chill at night it was perfect to read there.
The room for two people with luggage was tight

The property was clean and relatively easy to find even after arriving late in the evening. The overnight staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff members such as housekeepers like Georgia , Chayane & manager & shift replacement manager & Angela from Christopher in were hospitable, helpful & kind. The staff is an asset which does compensate for the flaws of the property…
Few things since the architecture of IN the back path to get in hotel should be paved . Showers cabin floor should be with non slippery material or shower mats
. In addition shower head very high difficult to position, better be installed with portable shower head which might be easier to meet needs only for shower & or whole shower & cleaning
