Location was excellent!

Breakfast was excellent. It was in a different hotel down the street, but that did not really matter.

The only problem with the trip was more of a Booking.com problem then a Coco problem. Booking advertised a bigger room of 290 square feet. That is the room i booked and paid for. But then the hotel allocated a smaller room (rm 5) to me. I did not know it was a smaller room, and not the room I had booked on Booking, until the Coco offered me "upgrades" if I bid in an "auction" of the very room that I thought I had booked. I tried, and failed to win the auction. Even though i offered the maximum they allowed me, my "bid" was rejected. That was a major disappointment, and dissillusion, even before I arrived. So that was the only unsettling part of my Coco experience. Booking advertised the 290 square foot room; I booked that room. I was given a smaller room, and then offered to bid on having the room I thought I had booked. Then my bid was rejected!! I am not sure that the Coco wants its clients to have that negative experience even before they arrive. And Booking.com is engaging in false advertising if they offer a larger room at a higher price, but then the hotel assigns a smaller room at that high price. Booking and the Coco should revisit this situation and make sure it does not happen for future clients.

Breakfast about the same as other Lark Hotels. The front desk girl was fabulous -- reallly eager to help. Highly efficient. Really good customer service.
