It's a beautiful historic hotel in an active location in Little Rock.
There was a problem with the water in the sinks and showers - there was no cold or cool water. The shower was so scalding hot you could not take a shower - not only in my room, but in my son's room, as well. I brought it up to the desk clerk, she made a note, but no apology nor effort to rectify or reduce the price of the room.

Well-appointed, classic building in downtown, Little Rock
Phone in room didn’t work. In room dining was average - not cooked to proper temps, no salt and pepper, request for extra syrup wasn’t met, coffee was room temp - on New Year’s morning. They just missed on the little things
