Having to pay for parking was unexpected.
Paying to park. The lobby had a slight odor.

The Atmosphere, the people at the front Desk especially the lady. She was super nice and willing to help. It was clean , breakfast was great.
The parking, but it is downtown so it should be considered. It’s a fee to park in the garage, it just needs to be added to your expense when planning to stay here.

It was downtown, able to walk to local restaurants and Junction Bridge to Simmons Arena
We booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was out of order during our stay. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
